@uychocdem, wala ka relative na nasa OZ? Or worried ka sa baong pera? I think you have 2 things to weigh 1) ~6 months against 1 year 2) Are you confident na madali ka makahanap ng work. After grant you pwede ka alis agad.. I think if you can find a work immediately, masyado na mataas ang 1 year to prepare for the whole family. Meron pa allowance ang au sa mga bata.
I have a friend na nanduon na. they decided to bring na the whole family and they said tama yung ginawa nila... malaking tulong allowance ng mga bata.

@uychocdem normally po kasi ginagawa nila is included in the application na. Yung IED po depende sa medical or nbi ata. Pero normally po 1 yr yun. Mas mura rin kasi kapag dependent mo sila and mas madali. Tapos another option e pwede mo naman sila papuntahin sa AUS kasabay mo para makaapag initial entry lang kahit ilang araw lang tapos balik pinas sila.

@poochy500 1000 invites for 189 skilled apply sa lahat and not per occupation, merong iba na halos puno na so pro-rata na lang. you can check sa skillsellect occupational ceiling

regarding not including the dependents.
obviously it all depends on your budget. the biggest thing with migration is the processing and the costs. when i first came to oz, i think dependents were free. when i applied there was a cost attached to it - so these are some of the things you have to consider.

as the guys here pointed out, you can bring them here for a couple of months just before the requirement of the visa for them to enter expires.

Sabi ng agent ko wala pa daw ako invitation pero okay lang kasi may mga kailangan pa ako ayusin.

At 60 points lang naman ako so no worries. hehe. Antay na lang sa May 22.

@Futures meron ako tita sa perth kaso my family sya so hindi kami pwede magstay sa kanila, ako lng un pwede. foreigner kasi un asawa. so if hindi ko sila include sa app ko mga 1 year pwede ko na sila kunin? partner visa ba un? un wife ko kasi gusto din muna magwork dito as medtech bago sya pumunta sa aus para my experience

@uychocdem i see... tuloy mo lang research mo... di na ako familiar sa ibang visa kasi not applicable to me. Kung pwede nga isama sa app mo ngayon, pwedeng pwede yan after a year. I'm sure somewhere meron ka mababasa... lalo na sa www.immi website.. comprehensive at madali lang intindihin mga booklets nila.

@uychocdem what I would suggest is this. If you have the money, include them in your application now. Probably a lot cheaper than applying them separately. If your visas got approved, then make an initial entry just to satisfy the initial entry deadline. They can go back to the Philippines or wherever you are coming from. This visa is valid for 5 years.

Mag initial entry lang tapos tsaka mo na isipin kung kelan mo sila papuntahin ng australia for good

just my two cents.

If they are not included in your application. Partner visa for sure ang kukunin mo marami pang kelangan na gawin dun and may mga rules din to sponsor ata. Not entirely sure pero you can read it sa website nila. Plus mas matagal ang processing nun. May thread na ganito before search mo na lang.

@uychocdem kung icheck mo pala yong signatures ng mga members dito. Yong visa grants nila and IED normally 11 months 10 months. Kasi ang pagkakaintindi ko eh depende eto sa validity ng NBI or medical mo. Merong kaka grant lang April tapos ang IED is March 2016, 11 months yon. So may time ka pa para makapagsettle.

afaik, as long as you can satisfy all the requirements - mabiles and siguro 80% na yan pasok. my visa took a little more time because they took time to reply until i get the exact documents they wanted. siguro kung hindi ko naibigay yung last document na gusto nila, na deny ako.

btw, the pending docs was my ITR documents.

Hindi. I have been outside of the Philippines since 2006, i do not know how it is now but pre-2006, you are just given a copy of the ITR by your employer who pays the tax. So I had a duplicate copy of the original. It does was not a CTC. And I submitted that to IMMI.

CTC mo yan KUNG photocopy yan ng original - inside Australia JP and outside Notary.

Question po. Regarding sa supporting documents, dapat ba ipasa lahat ng ITR from previous employers? Ang nasaakin nalang kase ay from previous 2 yrs na ITR.
