457 made redundant

Was made redundant last February of this year after holding a 457 visa for 18 months and had a full time permanent job. Arrived in Adelaide August 2013 and family followed April 2014, after 8 months. Should I only apply for a subclass 489 temporary resident or is there another visa subclass that I can apply for, preferably a permanent resident one. I have 4 kids, the forth one being born here in September of last year. Any advise suggestions and opinions are very much appreciated.

Based dun sa experience ng friend ko, naredundant sya nung December at kinancel ung 457 sponsorship nya ng company namin, he needed to look for another sponsor or apply another substantive visa. He applied for a partner visa but since he doesn't have a substantive visa prior to applying a new visa, he was given a Bridging C visa (no travel/no work). You can apply for 189/190 if you have the points but take note that you cannot travel or work until your Permanent residency visa is approved. But you can request to Immi for Bridging C with working rights as long as you can prove that you are on a financial hardships.

akala ko its just a recommendation from the Cooper group, parang wala nman sinabing for action item yan ng State govt. meron bang pahiwatig na aaksyunan nila?

Sobra na 90days ko from the day na maredundant ako. Oo sa Moomba ako dati. In-effect pa rin status ng Visa ko at kakacheck ko lang sa VEVO.
