Onshore Student Visa SVP

tootiestooties MandaluyongPosts: 206Member
Hi, need advise,

I am currently in Australia under a Business Visa Subclass 600, currently still in Australia undergoing my bridging coarse so I can be registered to work as a nurse, I enrolled in a coarse under SVP arrangement, Meron n ako certificate of enrolment, kaso since under ako visitor visa di ako maka apply online but need to do a paperbased student visa application.

Question,

1. Need k p b iattach yung bank statements? Hirap kc kunin yun kc here n ako sa Australia.
2. Yung sa declaration of support, need lawyer? Main sponsor ko sister k n citizen sa US n Nurse din. Ano p other docs need?

Maraming salamat sa sasagot.

To qualify for a bridging coarse, apply k muna sa AHPRA, parang board of nursing nang australia, kaso di advisable ang 1 year paid experience,

try m yung site allnurses.com, madami k matu2to dun regarding that. Atleast 2 yrs to qualify for state nomination sa vic at qld or 3 yrs paid for independent. Mahaba ang processeso nyan.

Hi @tooties, kamusta? More or less parepareho tayo ng situation. Pwede magtanong? Gumamit ka ba ng migration agent? Anong sinabi mo sa special circumstance na part sa visa application? Thanks in advance

@briann sorry for the late reply sobrang busy lng, bale for the substansive reason wla akong nilagay, natick k lng yung option that I want to be considered for special circumstance, since I am qualified to be registered as a nurse, at nasa state occupation list yung skills ko, meaning I have in the future to of good benefit for australia yun lng, I just provided my documents stating that i will qualify for registration after bridging coarse ko.

And No wala ako gumamit nang migration agent waste of money, unless super complicated talaga. Case mo, straight forward naman ang application.

One thing though they required me to undergo medicals again, hayst! Will be going to Melbourne thi friday for that.

@tooties congratultions. Ask ko lng, visa application mo ba is by mail? How long did it take for you to receive the acknowledment letter of application? Ilang weeks ka nag-antay bago na-approve ang visa mo?

June 18, 2012 - Medical Exam at Nationwide

    July 10, 2012 - Phone interview.
July 15, 2012 -Asked by Immigration to pay tuition and OSHC.
July 18, 2012 - Paid tuition and OSCHC.

Aug 1, 2012 - Notified by my agency that Visa granted
