Seeking 2 Single Female to share a House

Hi there,

Im a single working female, looking for the same to share a three bedroom townhouse. New blinds and timber floorboard were installed in all bedrooms. All rooms have built in wardrobes.
The house is fully furnished except for the rooms. Each of us has to furnish own room. Rent would be $150 for room A - which will fit a double bed, and $170 for room B which fits a double bed and a study desk. Bathroom would be shared by 2 person only. Bills would be divided into three.

Rooms can be furnished at an additional rental cost, subject to conditions.
This house is an old comfy full brick townhouse with a courtyard for one to relax. it is around 7minutes walk from Wentworthville train station. Coles and various stores are 10mins walk from the vicinity, and I have to mentioned that there is a swimming pool and tennis court in this complex.
