    @cpa_oct2011 nabasa ko sa ibang thread na usually pag ngchange ng civil status ngkaka-hit.. cguro may nagiging kapangalan pag ginamit na ung surname ng husband..

    Sa case ko ngchange ako ng civil status pero hindi ako ngpalit ng surname.. ung last na kuha ko wala namang hit..

    Wala po akong asawa. Haha.. Inaway ko nga yung ate e.. Sbi ko bat ganon e dati na ako kumuha ng nbi tpos ngayon pa naghit.. E di nmn usual ang name at surname ko...di ko po alam nalang ang nasagot. Hahaha

    Pero my nbasa ako na parang normal na after 10 days yung mga visa for au, canada, us etc.

    @chu_se: sa pinas ka ba nag pa medical? Sa sat pa ko balik sa clinic for medical ulit for BP im praying for favorable results everyday diet and excercise. In Jesus name maging ok results ng medical namen ni misis.

    Kakacompleto lang namin ng mga documents last 3rd week of august.
