Question about Police Clearance

So, according sa Visa 189 Documents Checklist:

Police checks for you and everyone included in your application, whether they are migrating or not, who is at least 16 years of age. You must provide a scanned colour copy: of police certificates from each country in which anyone in your application has spent a total of 12 months or more in the past 10 years since turning 16 years of age.

Nakakuha na ko ng NBI Clearance last month, kahit wala pa akong ITA. Gusto ko lang kasi sana na naka-ready na lahat ng documents ko para lodge na agad. Ang concern ko lang, nag-exchange student ako sa Korea for two semesters back in 2009-2010. Ang nakalagay sa Transcript of Records ko from University, cross-enrolled ako from February 25, 2009 to February 25, 2010. So, hinanap ko agad yung e-ticket ko. According to my e-ticket, my flight from Manila to Seoul was on February 28, 2009. And then my flight from Seoul to Manila was on January 15, 2010. A period of 11 months.

Ang tanong ko: iq-question pa ba nila to? Kailangan ko pa bang kumuha ng Police Clearance from South Korea? Or kahit hindi na bilang 11 months lang naman ako nag-stay?
