Ano ba usually ang tip for buying a new car here in Australia to get a good price and other freebies? Is it true na dapat before month end dapat bumili?

We're looking at this Honda Model Civic Hatch Automatic with price of $28,346. Mga magkano usually yan makukuha if makapag negotiate ng maayos and pay in cash?
