Please help with the steps in processing for visa 189/190/489

Hi, what is the step by step process for visa 189/190/489? I am currently waiting for the letter offer of the school in Sydney as I thought that could be the easiest way to go to AU, however, I read from one of the posts that It would be better if I try to go for resident visa instead. My grandmother and Aunt with her family are now residing in australia as citizens, but they do not have enough financial capability to help me so I am thinking of processing it by myself and with my husband. I am an accountant and working for 6 years as an accountant; and my husband is a marketing graduate working as recruitment specialist. I have taken a point test in vfs and I am eligible for 189/190 and 489 as stated there. Can you please assist?

Walang madali at mabilisang sagot dito kundi:
1) Alamin mo kung anong skill code ka mabibilang at ano ang assessing body mo
2) Pag nalaman mo na yun, unahin mo muna mag pa assess sa kanila
