Hi We are a young Family (31 and 27y/o) with a cute 6 month old baby girl

We are ending our lease im our current house this 23rd Oct and planning to rent a unfurnish 3x1 house somewhere in Bentley, Belmont, Vic Park areas (or nearby). We will sublet the extra room to a Single Full time Working/Student Female for $150-160 per week (including bills, internet and TFC) depending on the price of the rental house.

Let us know if you have your own beddings/bed so we will not purchase an extra one. we are looking for a clean, outgoing, friendly housemate to share house with. move in date is last week of October. Any Concern or preference dont hesitate to have a chat with us.
