    guys medyo maguluhan ako sa agent ko kanina. Sabi nya may risk daw sa employment evidence ko. May chance ba madeny un or hindi magrant un visa kung wla ko ITR or payslips ng previous company ko? May COE naman ako.

    Saka since EA nag assess un length of employment for claiming points, pde bang iba maging assessment ng DIBP for length of employment?

    @simpleplan - mahirap talagang kunin ang ITR/Payslips from your previous companies especially sa pinas. Are you referring to your previous companies here in SG?. if yes, you can use the Notice of Assessment from IRAS.

    sg based ako ngaun, no issue ako sa sg dun lang sa pinas. uwi ko s nov para lang maghanap ng itr kung wala ndi ko lam ggwin ko.
    @simpleplan- may friend ako.. heto ang ginawa nya..
    parang statutory declaration.. Kumuha sya ng friend nya nag nagwowork pa rin sa company na yun.. tapos gumawa ng testimony yung friend nya na kasama nya sa work dati yung friend ko. Tapos pinapirmahan nya sa isang lawyer.. And so far inaccept naman.

    @MisterKehn nakakuha naman ako ng coe ok na ba un? actually un comp ko sa pinas ay same comp dito sa sg, kaya lang wla na ko payslips (soft copies kc lahat) ska un itr dati. Coe lng pinasa ko sa EA, wala nman cla hiningi pang ibang docs from me.

    @simpleplan- yung sa EA, COE lang is okay na.. sa mismong visa application - need mo magbigay ng proof of employment. Okay na siguro yung COE pero much better pag meron ka pang ibang proof like ITR, payslips- print mo nalang ..

    @simpleplan may mga nabasa na po ako dito sa forum na iba assessment ng EA at sa DIBP.. like may maikli ung naacredit na work experience ni DIBP compared kay EA. tsaka meron din pong sort of disclaimer sa EA website na DIBP ang may last say.     @simpleplan what i would suggest is get a COE with salary, position and tenure from your previous employer. If ever DIBP asks for employment evidence, ang gusto lang nila malaman is kung yung claim mo na employment is paid employment. Kaya nila kailangan ng payslip or ITR. So yung COE na may salary, position at tenure is enough na as evidence.

    @simpleplan ung EA assessment na 650AUD for education lang, un ang inapply namin.. di na kami inadvise to have our work experience evaluated kasi bukod sa me extra fee un e si DIBP pa rin ang magdedecide if all the years claimed were indeed relevant.
