Thank you sis. In 5 days, I'm turning 32 na.. Sana talaga ibigay na yung grant. Nakakamotivate pag may grant na sa planning ng big move.

52 days na pla since nagsubmit kami ng requested docs kay CO (Brisbane). Ang tagal na pla pero parang kelan lang. 62 days naman nung naglodge kami ng visa... Konting hintay pa para sa 90 days kasi hindi advisable na mag followup kay CO since sasabihan ka naman na under processing pa ang visa that usually takes 12 weeks. \m/

We have not submitted the form 80 yet, ang hiningi lang sa amin ni CO is the medical which will be available pa by end Feb. Dapat ba magsubmit na rin kami?

@mariem, advise ko magsubmit ka Na ng form 80. Lahat ng documents including form 80 sinubmit namin ng agent ko. 17 days from visa lodge my grant Na ako. Kasi once available Na ung medical mo then biglang humingi co ng form 80, at least 2 months ka Na naman maghihintay.

Sa case ko naman, nagsubmit ako ng Form 80 last Dec 6 kasi hiningi pero wala parin info kaya waiting game parin.

I would think upon first contact ng CO ay hingin na nya lahat ng docs? Or may case po ba na 2nd contact or further nanghingi ng form 80 ang CO? Thanks po, nagiisip lang din ako if I need to fill it up kahit wala sya sa hiningi noong first contact hehe

@tiggeroo Yun nga din naisip ko eh if needed ang form 80 dapat hiningi na rin sa amin on the first contact. However after the medical baka hingian ng form 815. Dapat ba magsubmit na rin ako nun?

@kaizer23 single ka ba? Napansin ko mabilis ma grant are single.

25 days na lang makakasubmit na ako ng repeat lab test.

@mariem ako naman 36 days til my repeat x-ray! Personally siguro hindi ako magsusubmit ng form 815 unless hingin, primarily because this would entail reporting to the health clinic and undergoing some tests once there and inform them of every entry/departure from AU. And I think on some cases nashorten ang IED to 6 months? Antayin ko nalang hingin, mukhang mabilis lang naman siya i-fill up but I wouldn't want to preempt the CO into thinking that they actually need to check on me once there by frontloading. Personal thoughts lang po ito

@mariem sis, ung form 815 kelangan galing sa CO talaga un. di ka pwede magfrontload nun. not all naman na nagkaron ng problem sa medical binibigyan nun.

form 80 pwede pa siguro. pero kung hingan ka man nila ng form 80, i doubt aabot ng 2 months uli un kasi icoconsider na nila ung lodgement date mo which is November pa. ang turn around time nila is 3 months sa whole process excluding deferred medical period. Kaya they will not hold it for long. but depende pa din naman sayo if you want to submit form 80 na to be sure.

@OZwaldCobblepot @mariem sana talaga hindi na tayo hingan lahat :> makikibatchmates nalang muna ako dito kasi mukhang cleared lahat ng medicals ng december batch, wala ako karamay sa paghihintay. Nov batch dapat ako actually, kaya lang noong maglodge na kami kelangan pa pala ipa-cancel ang pending tourist visa application, so inantay pa namin ma withdraw un kaya inabot na ako sa December batch hehe :-h

@tiggeroo hi, hindi ko alam kailangan pala ipacancel yung existing tourist visa.. Sa august pa sya mag expire.. Pano nyo po pinacancel?

@mariem sis I think pag hiningi na lang ang form 815 tsaka ka mag upload..ang form 815 ay para sa may exposure TB. I agree na it's not like the form 80 na puede i front load..GSM Adelaide ka rin ba?

for me may cheklist nko bfore ma grant

since ofw kami family our 'to do' list may differ
-first indi na kami mag CFO seminar kc dretso na byahe hehe.
-2nd ung part ng big move checklist na matrabaho for us is ung pag liquidate mg gamit dito, pag tapos ng contracts sa bahay, then ung transition ng work namin ni hubby. so mauuna muna sia then ako ..ayw namin magsabay pra may isa samin may income parin.. but later this year sunod nako f wlapko luck sa pag apply offshore.
-hinanda konarin ung mga copies ng papers namin na ggamitin dyan in case. ung mga basic papers na sinubmit natin then ung health book lg ni baby.

tho mas handy samin pagdating dun kc may matitirahan kami na frends and may mag guide ano ipa process wen we get there.. these are some things on my list;

1) ung pag open sa bank, sign up ng medicare and pagbili ng sim - one day lng lahat. tfn online lng sia. centrelink pag andun na kami ni baby.
2) mag ready na bongang CVs (better to do diff versions) ung prang super customized sa isa or dlawang solid areas of expertise ung isang 'type' ng cv. max 3 pages. if possible 2 pages lng..no pics no birthdays ( they have no reason not to shortlist u dahil sa age or sa pic) hehe.
3) mag ready na mga diff sources to apply for a job (links ng website, mag fill up na ng online profiles before pa mag land sa au. example gawa na ng account sa seek..etc..
also career links ng mga companies na pde mo applyan.. agencies na u might want to consider and fees associated.
4) timeline- example may first week ka dating ano ung breakdown ng to do list mo. either mag grocery for initial settling down or gumala which is a no no hehe. at least jst to guide ano ung need i accomplish on ur first week , 2nd week.. (OC mode)
5) budget reference- excel file ko hehe ( ano ung expected expenses weekly, mnthly) if mag rent muna ng short term anong mga kelangan na downpayment how much and f mka work and mag lease na ng one year mgkano ung downpayment i consider , mgkano ung fee magpa kabit ng internet..etc) pati list ng toiletries and groceries ( na hindi wants but NEED). kelangan sensitive every cent u spend lalo na pag wala pang work. so gawa ng excel ng outflow ng pera

6)since may baby ako - pina plan konarin sino mag aalaga and how mch dapat i alot. if mag t tourist c mama ..kelan ko dapat i apply ng visa, how much ang cost and ung tickets and all. then ready ung docs for school pra dna mahirapan pg enrollment na
7)searching for furniture (ikea or 2nd hand) websites or free stuff as early as now pra may idea mgkano ung sofa if bibili mgkano ang washing machine if bibili...
8)getting in touch as often as possible na sa mga kilala dun kahit classmate lng bfore . ul never know they cud be of help on anything..ung tipong 'catch up tau soon' convo ..chos!

9)spoke properly to my manager sa current job needed to be honest bakit ako aalis . end of conversation namin was hel refer me pa sa mga kilala nia sa au ..bongga! hehe
10) pra may motivation and hindi nmn puro pressure sa career and gastos, i also searched for out of town destinations from where ill stay and san may good places na pde sa bata andano ung mga events this year or next year na i lo lookforward if nsa au na ;D

@se29m hi, pending tourist visa application po, may nag appear na alert noong maglodge kami ng 189, something like not allowed to have 2 visa applications in parallel. Pero kung granted na ung tourist visa niyo at walang pop-up noong paglodge ng 189, okay na un. Pag application stage lang ata ung hindi pwede.

wow!! gawin na nating maingay ang Nov batch kasi 3months na tayo bukas. At bukas na din ang bday ko. Sana po ibigay na gift ang visa kahit late na.. hehehe..
alam ko madaming dapat gawin sa big move kaso to be honest, dahil walang maayos na application online because we do not have the visa yet, wala talaga akong motive to start planning. Wala sa momentum ang planning experience ko from work to special occassion na pwd ko din i-apply sa big move. Kaya I keep myself busy on praying, novena and lots of prayer. Matatapos ko na din ang cross stitch ko na super laki so sana mauna ang grant sa pagtapos ko nun.

Dito sa forum nalang ako nagbabasa, hindi na ako nagoopen ng mail ko kasi pag naghihintay at nag eexpect, saka naman nasablay. So better to be surprise by the golden mail, alam kong mas masarap sa feeling yun. God Bless!!!

Good day...nag submit ako visa application last nov 20 m, napasa ko na lahat ng pina requure ng CO ko last dec 8...till now naghihintay pa din visa grant...it takes how many months po kya ang waiting game ntin? Hehe
