hi guys.. kamusta n application nyo. Good news. CO contacted us today requesting for Police Clearance Certificate. Medyo mahabang pang proceso ung smin since we need police clearance in Qatar. Ngstay kc husband ko dun for 2 years. We will request someone direct from Qatar to process our clearance. If ditto daw kc it might take 3 months. matagal masyado.

But alteast they are now looking at November visa applicants.

Good luck stin guys..

haaaay so worried..i had 2mistakes sa info provided sa my health declaration huhu
1) ung region/state sa birth place ni hubby ngkamali ako
2) ung question sa any current medication currently taking..sabi ko no..pro nalagay ko sa history details ng gallbladder stone history ni hubby na nag m medication sia until d nxt 2 months of so and so med..but missed to say yes dun sa yes/no na part..

mag fillup nlng cguro ako form 1023..uwi na kami pinas tomorrow for NBI and Medicals sana ma submit agad ang med result pra mkpag lodge na...

talaga.. ngka positive ang kids mo? bkit kaya? May ubo pa nmn ung bunso ko bk maka apekto sa result. Wala nmn binigay n medication ang doctor to clear?

Mabuti cnbi agad s inyo n ang result. Kmi tomorrow pa lng. Hassle nga eh.. If mas maaga pala tau ngpamedical before Nov 20, ndi pa need ang PPD.

@mariem Ako nagfrontload na ng mga form. Form 80 at 1022 ung applicable sa min. Medical na lang kulang na docs. Sana walang mali sa mga sinagutan kong form. haha. Ako lang kasi nagfifill up ng forms namin ni misis. hehe.

@OZwaldCobblepot Thanks, At least gumalaw n batch ntin. Just an info, kmi ndi n ngfront load ng form 80 & 1022. Yan din kc nasa icip ko bk my mali ako ma fill up magka problem pa. Or the more information you give, the more question they might ask.. hehe.. Ex-auditor lng mag icip haha.. Good thing, ndi nmn na nila ina ask smin. Police clearance lng ung additional details requested sa letter.

Plus sure nmn kc ndi kmi direct grant kc ung police clearance nmin medyo mgtatagal pa.. So I choose the wait n lng for their request rather than front load. Anyway, just an advise for those indi pa ng uupload.

Kakatapos lang ng medical namin knina sa Nationwide. I must say na disappointed ako sa nag assist sa akin na doctor. Sinabihan niya ako na dapat daw ako ang sumagot ng declaration kaya nga daw online na yun. Si agent kasi ang sumagot on our behalf pero binigay naman sa amin ang sagot kaya yun din ang nilagay niya online. Ang pangit kasi niyang magsalita, tapos caesarean daw is considered a major operation bakit daw NO ang sagot ko. Kasi daw agent ko ang sumagot. Actually sinabi ko yan kay agent pero NO daw talaga ang sagot since hindi nmn daw cause by chronic disease yun and is not considered daw sa Australia.

Sana lang maging ok ang results para hindi na kami bumalik dun. P5,300 na pala ang fee for 15 yrs old and above.

as in gnyan nag assist ang dctor? ako nmn nilagay ko sa MHD ung CS procedure ko kc nagpa assist ako sa sis ko na nurse mas madali kc ma spell and madetail lahat pg sia magtype hehe. tho dkona dadalhin records ko nung maternity one yr ago na un at wala nmn prob like u said na chronic disease. ako sau lagay monlng kaya sa form 1023 na d agent mistakenly answered NO to that part. ako din kc may nasagot akong mali pra sa hubby ko nalagay namin na NO dun sa current medication an tina take. nalagay kc namin ang name ng med sa history details ng bladder issue nia so dkona naisip lagay padun.

mahal narin pala ang medical. nationwide cebu nmn kami sa friday. hopefully ok lahat on dt same day kc 6days lng kami sa pinas. ang haba pa ng byahe may baby pa kami dala.

@mariem lahat po ng kids nyo nagpositive? Ilang taon na po sila? Pasensya na po marami akong tanong ha.. natatakot kasi ako kung ano ang ipapagawa sa bata kung magpostive e.. 3 y.o ang daughter ko. Safe ba un i pa xray incase?

@andylhen grabe ang bilis naman po tumaas ng fee.. parang last week lang e 4300 lang e? Nakuha nyo po ang name ng doctor?
CS din po ako kelangan pa po ba ng medical certificate or medical abstract? Or basta po major operation need ng med cert/ abstract? TIA po.

@jaz007_EngTech yes. Actually matagal ako nagdecide to upload or not. Pero nung nabasa ko ung laman ng form80, sabi ko, ok na rin siguro. hehe. Wala po kasi akong ibang travel outside the country, isa lang company ko (4years exp lang) and ung ibang hininging details sa form 80. So basically, our form is puro "No" ang sagot. hehe. finished the form in less than an hour. hehe. personal information lang ung laman. hehe. Sa form 1022, i'm just worried lang kasi ung EOI namin "Engaged" status. Got married the same day I got the invitation. so nung naglodge ako ng application, "Married" na ung status namin. hehe. So we decided to upload form 1022 to clear that part.

Though I agree with you, if it will just complicate your application, better wait for CO. Just stick to the basic requirements.

Thanks @jkk32w, sasabihan ko nga si agent tungkol sa Form 1023. Though alam nmn niya ang naging issue ko today. Sabi niya, wala naman daw siyang ganung narinig na issue since lahat ng clients niya sa St Lukes napunta.
Don't worry kasi iba naman ang branch ng Cebu.

@jkk32w and @ram071312 - wala naman siyang hininging records kasi may scar na daw tayo na obvious caerasean. Hindi ko naintindihan yung name nya nung nagsalita kasi ang arte, tapos banat agad dun sa declaration kung ako daw ang sumagot kaya siguro mas lalo kong nakalimutan. Wala kasing name sa labas ng room eh..
