Looking for Room to Rent near Melbourne CBD

Hi,

I'm seriously looking for a room to rent near the Melbourne CBD area. I will be arriving at Melbourne on 30th Jan 2011. I'm a non-smoker, male IT Professional and will be renting the room alone. Will prefer too that internet access is available. Please let me know for any referrals.
