Document submitted base sa naalala ko:

• copy of our birth certificate, and marriage certificate for my wife (name change)
• copy of passport: details page and page kung saan natatakan ka ng first entry
• copy of AU driver license

Additional to be submitted:

• kelangan fill upan yong Identity declaration form 1195 ata yon, tas required magprovide ng photo with signature sa likod ng Aus citizen under sa occupation na required dun sa form... link sa baba

NBI clearance di na kami kumuha di narin kami hiningan, depende ito kung gano ka katagal sa Pinas from the day na nagrant ka ng PR visa...

• Form 1195
• Endorsed photo

Tsaka gumawa kami ng list ng travel history from 18 years old para madali nang kopyahin when filling out the form. Hassle din kseng mag-trace ng departure and arrival stamps sa passports.

It might take awhile lalo na ngayong covid... 5months rin before ako nakareceive ng test invite... now waiting nakang ako ceremony which is on Monday...

Iniisip ko din kung hinihintay nila na mag-upload ako ng Thai PCC, since I stayed and worked in Thailand after I got my PR....

Although, technically, parang less than 12months naman yung stay ko sa Thailand (11mos siguro ako andun)..

I was planning naman to submit a Thai PCC kaso ang hirap mag-apply kapag overseas ka.. tapos may Covid pa

@wizardofOz hmm, yung sa kakilala ko on the day ng exam/interview sinabihan siya to provide yong kulang niyang requirements, kapag feel nila na for example yan nga wala kang Thai PCC, dun ka na nila sasabihan. So don't worry about it too much, or kung meron ka na rin mas ok na i-update mo na kung pwede mag update. anyway, goodluck. Im sure malapit na yan.

Depende sa mood yata case officer.

sa pinas. more than 90 days ako ng 2017. so tanggap ko naman na hihingan ako.

January 2016 un release date ng SG PCC, August 2016 ako umalis ng SG. baka yun nga ang dahilan ano?

ndi na. though wala naman validity na sinasaad un SG PCC, like valid until, unlike ng nbi clearance.

oonga wala nga expiry date yung nbi at sg pcc

Kasi nung ginamit ko ang residence calculator, pwede na daw kaming mag apply sa araw mismo ng 189 grant namin. Kahit nilagay ko naman yung holiday namin sa Pinas at another Asian country.

As far as I know... if hindi equal to or more than 12 months in cumulative total yung mga overseas trips.. hindi sya makaka-apekto sa eligibility.

I came here Feb 2016 and lodged my Citizenship application Feb2020... in that period dami ko din trips abroad... mga almost 12 months in total..

Although still waiting for update sa application...
