Help. Pano pag ung previous employer ay hindi mag bibigay nag detailed COE?

Magandang araw po sa lahat, medyo complicated po ung aming situation at need po naming ang iyung mga advice. ang previous employer ng husband ko ay hindi nagbibigay ng detailed COE at walang maglakas loob na mag sign except don sa direct supervisor nyang retired na. Pede po ba maging witness cya sa affidavit kahit na retired at hindi licensed Engineer? Thanks in advance sa mga advice.

hi there! meron ka bang COE na may letter head? usually nabibigyan naman tayo non if nagresign na tayo. yung detailed job description yes you can have your resigned supervisor then gawa ka na lang ng stat declaration na hindi na nagbibigay yung previous employer mo. if you have still your payslips or ITR's you can upload them in your submission as a proof. good luck! @bait0211 thank you so much po. mag ma matter po ba kong licensed engineer ang mag witness or oks lng na hindi licensed as long as supervisor nya dati. kc sa sample po na nakita namin licensed engineer ang kanyang witness at minention pa yong PRC license No. sa stat. declration. thanks again po

@garfield: it doesn't matter however if the case officer wants to verify the validity of the data you've submitted e reachable yung mga reference mo. however I seldom see dito sa Pinoy Au na may verification sa mga dating employers na nagaganap. don sa kabilang forum - marami akong nababasa na may verification sa employers nila.
