My first cousin wanted to sponsor me, but the problem is my middle name and her family name.

Actually I just dont know how to explain my situation. But to start with my issue,it is about our family name. My cousin from my mom's brother wanted to sponsor me .In my birth certificate my middle name is SANTOS but cousin's family name is Delo Santos( Which is actually the right one). Hindi kaya ito maging problema sa pag aaply ko. Hope someone could help me.

    kapag family sponsored pinapa submit ka din ng family tree diagram. to know kung paano ka naging related sa mag sponsor sayo. I'm not sure kung pwede pa ngayon mag sponsor ang cousin.. pero kung pwede pa.. hindi ka magkakaprob kung kumpleto documents mo to prove na first cousin talaga kayo.

    Thank you sa Info.Chineck ko kahapon ang latest requirement ng family sponsor pwede pa rin ang First cousin. By the way pasencya na ha kasi totally wala pa ako idea sa mga requirement na ito pero saan ba ako makakakuha ng family tree diagram o ako lang ba mismo ang gagawa nito?

    May I ask po why you opted for Family Sponsor visa? Yun 176 po ba ito? :) Why not 175 independent? Thanks.

    Mukhang di pa updated ang DIAC's wizard. Starting 1st July wala na rin visa 175, 176 and 475. They fall now under visa 189 sa skillselect. Pagkakaintindi regarding sa sponsored by a relative, wala na rin additional points unless yung relative mo lives in designated regional area.
