Do TRA and other RTOs spying on us?

I want to share something I'm experiencing with TRA right now. But first, let me tell you that I have previous records in TRA because I applied for an assessment in other occupation which turned out negative result back in 2005.

Three weeks ago, nagpasa ulit ako but this time sa ibang occupation naman. Tapos, yesterday they sent me email saying that there is a mistake entry in my application form and that I need to change it and send it back to them.

They send back my documents with the payment to my former company address I never mentioned in my previous application. I also did not mention the said work experience in my current application since hindi naman sya related sa nominated occupation ko sa ngayon.

This prompts me to ask why they knew my former employer between 2007 and 2008 when the former application was lodge on 2005? Are they spying on me? Meron kaya sila system na nagta-track ng activities ng applicants once pumasok yong records natin sa database nila?

Now, I'm worrying kung maibalik pa ba sa akin yong mga documents since pinadala nila sa ibang address. Tinanong ko sa kanila kung bakit doon nila pinadala and not on my current address pero wala pa reply.

Well they do background checks and they really verify whatever you put in the documentations you submit hehe...Naka-database lahat yan alam ko e hehe

ang question nga is where did they get that info? kasi sbi ni @chefin, he never mentioned ung employer both sa old and new application nya..

or baka nmn nag share ng information ang mga labor department ng mga ibat ibang countries..
alam ko for example ung mga ksali sa schengen agreement (europe), they do that..

@Lokijr - I never mentioned this employer in any of those applications although it was declared in my visa application here in Europe back in 2009.
