Magandang araw po. Mag tatanong po sana ako about sa SA 489 application, na assess napo ako ni ACS as System Analyst, yung education ko po is via Vetasses, dahil Accounting grad po ako. Need po ba I upload yung vetassess result sa "Points Test" section ng SA online application web? Or college diploma/certificate lang po ang kailangan I upload. TIA

@coachella9 upload everything deemed necessary. Your application must be decision ready. I was SA sponsored long tme ago. During my time SA requires 6 IELTS overall, everything has changed over time.

If fussy kayo at preferred nyo to have live or stay sa post code that starts with 2, 3 and 7 then be ready and patient to wait until you get invited for SS.

SA may not be as big as Sydney or Melbourne but you are still in Australia if you know what I mean.

Bigger states like NSW, VIC and QLD most likely have long queues for SS and very competitive with in terms of points coz most people would like to live in bigger cities

I'd been to different states across Australia in my 4 years stay, honestly South Australia has a great opportunity to offer to new entrants. Job-wise, there are more permanent positions compared to big cities. Odd jobs may be of large number in Sydney and Melbourne but decent jobs including government permanent roles can be found in migrant-friendly state like SA.

@spyware Hi, not sure about ICT jobs in Adelaide. You can check seek.com.au so you will have an idea about opportunities in SA.

I'll be upfront with you, Adelaide is not a big city like Sydney or Melb so there may not be as many opportunities compared to key cities but there will be jobs. As long as the person is not fussy and willing to consider jobs outside his/her expertise to start with then it will be ok.

Hello @coachella9 Hindi pa po, di pa complete ung documents namin.
Nagtatanong lang po muna para gawing option narin ang SA kung sakali mang mahirap makakuha ng invite from NSW at Vic.
Kayo po, nakapag.lodge na?

@Au_Vic yes i will. Thank you sa mga advise po ninyo. The only thing that im thinking right now is to be in au asap. Saka ko na isipin ung iba pagnakalipat najan. One step at a time sabi nga. Tutal lahat nman ng docs merun na ko.. invitation na lang talaga kulang.

Nagawa ko na po yung visa 489 application, paid also by entering the credit card info. And status nya ngayon is "lodged". Yun na po ba yun final step, then abang abang nalang po sa nomination? Salamat sa sagot po.
