@rdagulan IELTS. Required sa education and skills assessment ang English proficiency. At least for accountants ha. im not sure sa iba.

@rdagulan pag nsa sol ang skill mo, you can apply for both 189/190.. Pag nsa csol, 190 lng pwede.

Sir sa SOL andun po ung sa hubby ko motor mechnic general while ung sakin is wala pero pde po ako sa earlychildhood teacher based po s 2 yrs exprnce ko po..pero sa CSOL andun po kmi both ako primary teacher currently public school teacher po ako sa elementary... ask ko po kung what does it mean nominated... ? @rdagulan try mo read sa PTE thread, mas madami nakakakuha ng 7 equivalent ng IELTS sa PTE exam, computerized kase exam and checking. Not subjective un speaking at writing results, unlike IELTS

Hello, i'm currently answering the lodging form. DIY po kami para makatipid. May tanong lang po re sa police clearance. Currently po eh 9 and 10 months po kami sa country A. Need ko pa ba kumuha ng police clearance sa country preceding country A? One year din ako don. Medyo mahirap po kasi kumuha ng police clearance don. Salamat sa mga sasagot.

@dyanini pag naka-12 months kayo sa 1 country for the past 10 years required ang police clearance.

@jrgongon sir di pa cleared medical ng anak mo. hintayin mo na lang maging katulad ng status nyo mag-asawa bago maglodge. mga 2-3 days pa siguro yan bago mafinalised.

kakasubmit lang ng EOI this week with 65 points. Hopefully ma-invite soon.
Question lang po sana sa mga documents. para maprepare in advanced.
ung sa CoE po ba ok lang na gamitin din ung referral letters?

@engineer20 no action required na anak ko..kaso sa monday na kami maglodge kasi antay ko pa macredit ung binayad ko sa bpi saka magscan na ako ng mga documents sa sabado at form 80 para monday ok na....

For ANZSCO 261313 (Software Engineer). Nakita ko kasi sa start ng thread ung about sa Proof of Employment (CoE + ITR). Pwede ba magamit dito ung walang signature ng HR? meron ung sa Direct Supervisor lang na ginamit ko sa ACS.

@mi_yane CoE as proof of your period of employment, work duties, etc. ITR/payslips as proof of paid employment.. You mean may employment reference ka po signed by your supervisor? I think that's okay as long as you printed it using your company's letterhead..

this is how i did yng sakin although i am not sure whether it would apply to your nominated occupation:
-generic COE using company letter head signed by HRD
-detailed employment reference letter with duties and responsibilities using company letter head signed by my superior
