    @TinerBebi pagstreamlined visa processing, 14 days lang ang service standard. pero obviously, di napafollow madalas. especially pag narefer ang medicals. pero at least, may karapatan ka nang kulitin sila after 14 days. hehe.

    May 31 - applied online at University website
    June 17 - Uni sent a message that they approved 14 credits for prior learning.
    June 21 - Uni emailed: move my intake to Feb 2014.
    July 5 - Passed IELTS! Yipee. Emailed Uni my result.
    July 16 - Received conditional OFFER LETTER from Uni. :)
    July 19 - sent my TOR to Uni.
    July 22 - Uni received my TOR
    July 24 - received my UNCONDITIONAL OFFER.
    July 31 - paid tuition fees and received COE
    Sept 16 - lodged visa application 573 SVP with one dependent thru VIA
    Sept 17 - acknowledgement from embassy with medical request.
    Sept 18 - Medical Examination at NHSI
    Sept 24 - Medical forwarded to Embassy
    Oct 4 - Phone interview with CO.
    Oct 7 - Emailed immi asking for updates
    Oct 8 - Received email from immi stating application is under assessment.
    Oct 9 - Received text message from Air 21 and Embassy that my documents has been dispatched.
    Oct 9 - visa refusal! :(

    My opinion lang po.. If your target is to settle in Australia permanently, then start towards that end goal of yours now. Kase madami pa mangyayari. Pano kung after sometime, maghigpit na yung DIAC? Or mawala profession sa SOL? I read somewhere here na the best time to migrate to OZ is 5 years ago. And the next best time? As soon as possible.     @chill_ice today is the 90th day ng visa processing mo if DIAC acknowledged your papers last 17 June...when was the last time you made a follow-up sis? i think it's best to drop them a note today...

    @TinerBebi sis as far as i know 90 working days. Pero subclass 573 ako, ang alam ko 90 days ung 572. D kodin alam why ganito katagal inabot processing ko

    Unless SVP ung school natin (APIC), magiging assessment level 1 tayo. Actually I confirmed this with my agent kasi based sa website na to (http://www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2013L01035), SVP talaga ung APIC eh… hindi ko malaman bakit hindi eh MBA naman course natin… nag-email me sa APIC yesterday, sana mag-reply sila…naguguluhan na din ako eh.
    Anyone can help us be enlightened? huhu

    @TinerBebi @chill_ice yes, parang assessment level 2 ata, according sa AL table sa DIAC website. SVP is exempt of any assessment levels. di rin sya considered na AL 1. SVP is different talaga.

    Thanks @iheartoz... Uu AL 2 nga kme ni @chill_ice. Ang gusto ko lng tlaga masigurado is kung SVp ba unh APIC or not... Sana magreply na APIC sa email ko im sure sila alam nila tlg kung SVP sila or not diba hehe. Pero sbe nga ng agent ko at ng ECA, hindi daw. Need ko lang malaman anong reason bakit hindi SVP ung school nmin... Pero looking at chill's timeline, mukhang hindi nga - ang tagal kasi eh..

    pagnarefer ang medicals or may additional documents silang hinihingi saka lang ata lumalagpas sa standard time. kahit nga sa akin, lagpas na rin e. 14 days lang dapat ang SVP. iniisip ko, baka ayaw ibigay ng CO ng maaga-aga kasi Feb 2014 pa naman intake ko. iniisip ko pa rin yung sinabi mo @chill_ice na ininclude mo yung anak mo sa application without insurance and school offer. nagbacktrack ako recently sa emails ko with IDP. tinanong ko before kung kelangan ba may insurance tsaka school offer pag sinama ko anak ko sa application kahit na di pa sya sasama sa akin. ang reply ng agent sa akin, required daw yun sa visa application whether my child is travelling with me or not.
