@nippy_gurlie aside from bank certificate you also need to submit bank statement or photocopy of passbook which shows last 3 months acitivities. Photocopy of valid id of your sponsor. If your mom is still working, coe and payslips

Ang tito ko poh kasi ang sponsor ko. at nagloan din ako ng 1.5million sa isang lending corporation. ang ginawa ko ipinatransfer ko yung 1.5M sa bank account ko. kaso hindi three months ang stay nun kasi loan lang namin yun sa lending eh. tska meron din akong tito na magsusuport sakin. Hai naku..nkakanerbyos.. ok lang kaya yun?

@dreamprayhard84 hiningan din ako ng additional requirement.about sa showmoney din ata.Ganito kasi yung sa amin. last oct nagloan ako ng 1.5M sa isang lending corp. so ang ginaa ko nalang ngayun ay humingi ng approved loan sa kanila.para maipakita yun sa embassy at nilagay yung 1.5M sa bank account ko ngayung december. Hindi aabot ng three months yung pera ko poh kasi kakatransfer lang..pano poh ba yan?Tsaka sponsor ko naman yung tito ko sa australia.. huhu.. natatkot ako..

if ang funds mo ay hindi 3 months sa banko don't use it kasi hindi qualify yan according to their standard.....ma refuse ka lang nyan just like us the first time around

@rpdbt about sa loan may mga recogniize lending company ang australian embassy about diyan, mas maganda sana ang ginawa mo yung pera na niloan mo nilagay mo sa parents mo o any memebers sa family mo na may work na pwede ka saknila makakuha ng mga documents like employment certificate at bir tax pero nandiyan na yan mahigpit talaga sila pag dating diyan at isang option pa po diba yung tito mo p.r na australia dapat siya nalang yung ginawa mo na. Isang sponsor lang pwede naman po basta kaya niya mapakita na may enough na pera siya na 1.5m. Good luck po and god bless sa lahat.

@rpdbt at isa po pala dapat po talaga 3 months na yung pera sa bank bago mo pinasa sa embassy diyan po kasi kadalasan nagiging problem. Good luck po.

Thank youuu boss @danyan2001us @dreamprayhard84 pero po nagwworry kasi ako sa application form pati kung sakali tatanungin ako kung saan galing yung pera. Yung father ko po kasi matagal na walang work. Kung ittransfer ng tito ko yung pera sa pangalan ng father ko ano pwede ko ireason? Pwede ba na sa sabihin nalang na binenta bahay namin sa tito ko kaya nagkaron ng ganun kalaki na pera sa bank? Or pwede ba sabihin na pinahiram lang talaga? Actually meron na ko bank certificate pero nakapangalan sa tito ko na nandito sa Pinas and then nalaman ko hindi pala pwede  Yung school ko po hindi ata part ng SVP 

@brixx ...hi bro i know how you feel.....been there in that situation yet during our time (2010) we were lucky enough na hindi na tinanong ng CO namin ang source ng money namin in the bank...at times depende yan sa assigned CO mo....by the way be sure to check if your institution is SVP or not.....good luck bro and merry christmas

@brixx kung yung father mo is ritired na pwede mo padn siyang gawing sponsor basta kaya niya maprovide yung mga documents na need like employment certificate with position and years of service and pay slip at bir kung may natatago pa siya ng mga ganyan pwede mo gawing sponsor father mo ang gagawin niya lang gagawa siya letter na nag work siya dun at dun galing yung pera at yung mga nasabi ko na empolyment certificate at pay slip at bir tax iaattached nyo yun sa letter para maging supporting document sa letter at ipanitary mo lang po yan,. @brixx same tayo ng concern sa akin naman is sa akin ung money although wala akong mga payslip and itr. anong subclass ka ba? kung 573 di naman sila masyado strict kung san galing ung pera basta bayad mo ung 1 sem ng tuition fee.

pag assessment 3 daw kasi strict sila sa source ng money so kailangan much better is ung sponsor mo may work so they can provide necessary docs like Cert of employment itr and payslips. Yun nga rin ung mistake ko from the start sana papa ko na lang ung jinoint account ko sa bank kasi sya working na for like 30 years wala lang syang enough money sa bank coz he invested sa lands and new house. kaya di ko rin sya pwedeng sponsor. Pero kung jinoint ko sya before sa account ko much better.

Sponsor ko naman now is sister ko para may complete docs sya. Hopefully consider na rin nila both ung bank namen working naman ako as private lang walang mga tax so wala me itr and payslips.

advice ko sayo itransfer ung money sa family member na working na for long and with job til now. although not sure pa rin ako kasi they may ask kung san pa rin galing ung pera. kasi it will reflect sa bank na kakatransfer lang ng money. Di ko rin sure kung its allowed na loan from relative. kasi may nababasa din ako na meron silang acceptable institution for loan not sure if relative is allowed.

Pero un nga kung 573 ka no problem na sa source of funds di sila masyado strict compare sa 572 na assessment level 3.

Salamat boss @dreamprayhard84 pero ang problema lang po yung dating pinapasukan ng father ko na company matagal na nagsara and then after nun hindi na sya nakapag work.
Ano pa po ba ibang way para maconvince na may pera kami sa bank na ganun kalaki? Hindi po ba acceptable na nagbenta kami ng property?

Acceptable sources

The most common sources of funds which may be acceptable for the purpose of assessing funds for student visa applications are:
• loans from financial institutions
• money deposits held with financial institutions
• Bank Loans from financial institutions
• Loans must be issued from a Financial Institute (FI)
•A loan "in principle" is not acceptable.
•A loan must generally be at least partially disbursed before a visa can be granted. If the bank does not disburse the loan before visa grant then it is open to you to use another bank (FI) that can meet your needs.
• Visa applicants are required to provide evidence of family's income available to repay the loan. This income must be held by an acceptable individual.
• Visa applicant must provide evidence of the collateral used to secure the loan. This collateral must be genuinely held by an acceptable individual.
• If collateral is made using funds other than regular income then the applicant must provide the trail of funds. For example, a sale deed can be provided as evidence if funds are obtained by sale of property. Please note that sale agreements are not acceptable. Only the registered sale deed is acceptable for visa purposes.



Non-acceptable funds


The following financial instruments may not meet the regulatory requirements and thus are not able to be considered for visa purposes.
• Credit card accounts
• Shares and mutual funds
• Gold and jewellery
• Bonds
• Life Insurance documents

uhm tapos may nabasa din ako di ko lang makita na narefuse ung visa dahil ung money is from selling a land. so much better pa rin talaga na ung sponsor mo is continous ung income na may work. kaya kung loan you need to prove to them na you can pay it

pero kung ayaw mo ng complicated na mga requirements like this pwede ka namang kumuha ng school na under SVP which is assessment level 1 so di na masyado strict sa mga financial requirements .
