Hello po may tanong lang ako sana po may naka experience na ng ganito, gusto kung papuntahin ang mga parents ko for just 1 month to visit us here, kung sakali gustong sumama ng mga pamangkin ko papunta dito sa australia as visa 600 holder, kailangan ba na yung sister ko (mother ng pamangkin ko) na sya ang mag apply sa anak nya at mag padala na lang ako ng invitation letter, or pwede ako na ang mag apply lahat sa kanila online? @bino you can apply for them. theres a form tho for minor if not accompanied by parent.

@heewon no need ticket yet as you don't have visa pa. If you read sa website nila they are not advising to book ticket until visa grant.

hello! i just want to ask if okay lang ba na wala pa return ticket if pumunta na ako australia. i have a visa grant na po, multiple sya. plan ko kase na doon na antayin yung result ng student dependent visa ko, on shore, then plan namin ng hubby ko na umuwi ng december sa pinas. is it okay ba na magenter ako na one way ticket lang muna? thank you sa sasagot po.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend getting a one-way ticket if you only have a tourist visa. Very strict sila sa immigration and they will definitely ask questions such as where you are staying, your itinerary for your trip, how long you are staying and even when you are going back to the Philippines. This means that even if you already have a visa, meron parin chance na harangin or i-deny ang entry mo if they feel like you will stay longer than intended, lalo pag walang return ticket.

Also, check mo yung restrictions sa visa mo, kasi kahit multiple visit, merong stay period limit yan, usually "3 months from the date of each arrival." An option would be to buy a round-trip ticket for September and then leave in December if you really want to stay for that long.

@ztp00500 decision is based on supporting documents presented. What are the supporting documents you attached?

Personal opinion, If you can proved to the case office that you have intention to return back based on supporting documents, I don't see any reason na ma decline, pag kulang kulang at doubtful it will really end up to refusal of visit visa.

@batman good day to you sir. May question ako ulit sir about sa application. May request documents kasi ang CO. They just gave me 7 days to attach it. I am just thinking baka i cannot provide it within 7 days. Ano po kaya pwedi ko gawin? And isa pa, Will it affect the application of my wife too because i am the primary applicant?

@batman and example di ko naprovide in 7 days, that could only mean pwedi ako ma refuse? Possible din ba ma refuse ang application ni wife? Isang immi account lang kase po kame. Thanks in advance po sa advise.

@heewon try your best to provide it. If di kaya make letter stating the reason for not able to provide in 7 days, make sure na its out of your hand na di ma provide with that span of timw. Attach support na you are doing your part to get it but di lang talga kaya 7 days. Ano ba pinadagdag.

@batman they want me to provide yung approved leave na naka indicate that i will be traveling abroad for 2 weeks. I attached approved leave na eh, pero they still want me to indicate the “that i am authorized to travel abroad for 2 weeks” plus yung NBI clearance with seal and finger print. 10 days pa kase ma rerelease yun. I am working sa government kase, sa city hall, kaya cguro hinanapan ako ng ganon. What i worry now is baka ma refuse din wife ko kase group application kame. Possible ba sya ma- refuse pag ganon sir?

@heewon ah ok, comply mo na lang. malaking help yung 2 weeks approval na leave mo kasi proof din yun na need mo din bumalik after 2 weeks. don't worry sa wife mo wala nmn yata addition ni request for wife.

@batman okay na yung NBI napaki-usapan ko ang taga dun. Nakuha ko agad.hehe. Problem ko lang ulit yung “travel authority”. Narequest ko na sa office, but the thing is 30days from the date of filing ang pag release ng HR namin. Sa goverment talaga pahirapan nakaasar. Then humingi ako ng certification from the office na katunayan that my request for travel abroad is on process. For visa purposes lang naman. Yun ang inattached ko sir. Plus yung mga copy ng requirements na pinass ko sa HR namin. Nag ppray na lang kami nito na sana consider na ni CO mga additional attachments ko. Sayang kasi gift ko to sa wife ko for our 18th yr wedding anniv. Hehe. And sayang din, same ang date ng vacation leave namin. Sa kanya walang pang request na additional docs. I hope wala na.

@batman Yes nakalagay dun 30 days from the date of filing.. Di kaya sasabihin ng CO just wait for that and apply again. Hehe. Parang dito sa thread ako lang ata hiningan ng ganyan sir. Why kaya?! I thought okay na yung approved leave of absence ko pero they still requested for an approved travel authority.

2. Grandparents ay 77 and 76 years old, automatic bang may medical na? Sa panel physicians din ba?
3. Naginclude ba kayo ng Form 54 para sa family composition? Sino ang required na witnesses doon?
