@engr.20 hi, hopefully you get your visa before the 15th. I've heard it's faster online. Ours were coursed through VFS. We submitted almost three weeks ago and we haven't received the results yet. Praying to get good results today.

@mardygras not sure how do they act on that. But are you sure they do extension? if so, I guess they would not cancel the 1 year visa since it is only an extension. But I'm just speculating. Maybe others with the same experience would be of help. God bless!

Hi @Admin. good day po. Asking for my wife. Her visa is
Subclass 600 (multiple entry visa for 1 yr) and it states there that her visa will expire on august 16. Could she still go in australia on or b4 august 16 and stay there for another 3 mos. or is there a way to extend her visa for her to stay in au for anther 3 mos? thank you for your answers...

@wilson Maximum stay for visa is up to the date granted. So kung pumasok sya ng Aug 15, dapat exit din sya ng Aug 16 otherwise she will be on illegal status.
Options available would be to apply for another visitor visa or a more substantive visa, wherein she can be granted a bridging visa while her application is being assessed. This is assuming that her current visitor visa does not have a "No further stay" clause.

Hey Guys! Wonderin if anyone could help.. My parents are planning to visit me and my wife here in Au. My father is retired OFW and Senior Citizen now while my mom was a housewife all along and did not have any jobs. Can anyone advise on the requirements they'll need to apply for the visa especially in terms of financial declaration? Hoping someone could help here. Thanks in advance! :)

@rjb_08 If they can provide land title(s) and/or bank account(s) certifications in their names together with your invitation letter indicating that you will be supporting them during their stay, I think that would suffice. My parents visited my brother with those documents only.

However, being senior citizens they were required to file their application via VFS instead of just online.
