    @Umbenieyon Hello po, newbie lang ako. And Im very much interested na mag apply ng permanent visa sa OZ. Im a bs chem graduate sa PUP. chemist profession for more than 2 yrs na. Pag naka 3 yrs na ako. Gusto ko mag paases sa VET. pero hindi ko po alam pano sisimulan. Though my idea naman na po ako sa pointing system. Ano po ba ang tamang unang gawin? Salamat po. :)

    Hi. You can check vetassess' website. Andoon lahat ng documents na kailangan mo iprepare. Mejo madugo requirements ni vetassess kaya mejo matagal bago ko nakompleto. Habang nagpapaassess ako kay vetassess, nagtake ako ng ielts. So yun. 1st step is have your skills and education assessed by vetassess. Licensed ka ba? Need kase licensed chemist. Then, isabay mo ielts. Vetasess magsasabi after their assessment if yung work experience mo is at par sa standards ng oz for chemists at kung ang degree mo is equivalent sa oz bachelors degree.

    9/23/13 - VETASSESS confirmed receipt of my documents
    10/24/13 - IELTS Speaking Test (IDP)
    10/26/13 - IELTS L, R and W Test (IDP)

    @Umbenieyon License holder naman ako. May bearing pa din ba ang PRC natin? :) Pwede bang unti unti yung asesment? I mean unahin ko muna paases yung degree ko? then after nun yung work experience ko? then IELTS? or kailangan sabay sabay lahat bago ko ipasa sa VET? Thank you. :)

Meaning, for you to be invited to apply for a visa, a state must nominate you. May kanya kanyang requirement per occupation ang bawat state. Like for example, For chemists, VIC requires a minimum of 5 years of work experience as a chemist. :) so check mo din requirements per state. Kase if 3 years pa lang experience mo, di din maga-grant state sponsorship mo..

    Wala naman cguro bearing grades as long as completed/passed and yung curriculum/ syllabus is aligned dun sa basis nila for comparison. Kung licensed ka, mas ok. Ako licensed cpa din kasi tingin ko may bearing naman sa decision nila.

    There are two lists of occupation that are eligible to apply for a pr visa. Sol
    And csol. Pag nasa sol ang occupation mo, you can apply for visa 189. After skills and educ assessment at ielts, pede ka na submit ng eoi. No need for state sponsorship. Pag nasa csol naman occupation mo, kelangang may state na magsosponsor sayo for you to be eligible to spply for visa 190. Parehong pr visa ang visa 189 at 190. Nasa csol ang chemists. Kaya need dumaan ng state sponsorship. At yun nga, per state may minimum number of years of work experience na requirement bago ka mag apply ng state sponsorship. Pag walang state sponsorship, you can't apply for a pr visa kung nasa csol occupation mo.

    @umbenieyon @vhoythoy Talaga? Pano ba ginwa mo? kasi ang sabi sakin 60pts lang need ko to apply for a visa. Wala naman sinabi na kailangan may sponsoship pa as long as meron ka nominated occ. something. for my age 30 points na agad. So iniisip ko kunin yung another 30 sa ielts, degree and work exp 3yrs. Would that be enough or mali ang pagkakaintindi ko? :)

    @vhoythoy since mag ka school tayo. nag request ka pa ba ng course description sa school natin. or enough na yung Transcript na ipasa? and yung transcript ko kasi may nakalagay sa dulo na for board exam only. unless mag request ka ng honorary dismissal para makuha ang totoong TOR. gnun din ba ginawa mo? :)

Wala naman nakalagay sa akin na ganyan, and meron ako totoong transcript talaga. Second ko na nga to kasi nawala ko dati original nag request ulit ako. Check mo sa PUP

Wala naman nakalagay sa akin na ganyan, and meron ako totoong transcript talaga. Second ko na nga to kasi nawala ko dati original nag request ulit ako. Check mo sa PUP

    Ah iba ata yan. Sabi kasi nung registrar need ko muna mag file ng horonary dismisal para makuha yung original na TOR ko. and once na mabigay sakin original TOR, di ko na makukuha ulet sa kanila. Idk. Pero ill check it again siguro. Thanks :)

    Hi, online lang po talaga ang application ng assessment. It would normally take up to 3-4 months bago lumabas ang result.

    Ah ok, thank you po! Excited lang siguro ako, hehehe! We lodged our assessment application last 12/27/13. May kulang kasi na hiningi samen last Jan14, inupload ko din kagad the next day. Sabi kasi within 2-3 weeks mau-update na yung status, kaka-3rd week lang kahapon. :)

    Aaarrgg.. @loverboy, dko po alam na pwede na pala magupload ngayon ng mga documents sa vetassess website. Dati kasi ang ginawa ko, after ko maisubmit ang application online, pinadala ko sa courier yung hardcopies ng mga documents.

    @l0verboy or may bago ba na means of applying for a skills assessment? nung time ko kasi, after mag submit ng online application form, we need to print the form and submit it together with all the documents via courier sa Vetassess..

    9/19/13 - submission of documents to VETASSESS (Chemist - 234211)
    9/23/13 - VETASSESS confirmed receipt of my documents
    10/24/13 - IELTS Speaking Test (IDP)
    10/26/13 - IELTS L, R and W Test (IDP)
    11/08/13 - IELTS Results (L=8, R=9, W=7, S=7.5, OBS=8)
    11/21/13 - VETASSESS Assessment came out POSITIVE
    11/25/13 - Submitted EOI (70 points) and Application for QLD SS

    ah hehehe! yes sir, sa website na lang nila iuupload. sabi pa nga nila mas mabilis daw pag online kasi tanggap daw nila kaagad yung documents, given na complete, and mas mabilis daw ang processing time. kaya mejo nagaalala ako bakit wala pa feedback about the result.

    wala pa naman actually 2 months since nagpa-assess kami kaya pwede pa ako kumalma hahaha!

    @umbenieyon - yes sir, online application lang ginawa namin. may online form pa rin na kelangan iprint and fill-up tapos scan all documents then upload sa website nila. Vetassess said that its faster and cheaper kasi makukuha nila kagad yung documents and di mo na kelangan i-mail yung documents unless hingin nila.
