working for 20 hours per week

Hello, kindly please enligthen me about the 20 hours work per week for the international student,
i am planning to study in Melbourne but i am a litle bit worried on how to survive this situation,Now my question is: is the 20 hours per week sufficient enough to save money for the next semester including my living expense there,( i am planning to pay only the fist semester of my course), is that possible?

@resty i aldy got my 573 visa last april7.. July semester po.. My friend told me na pwede nmn cash on hand un ibang job

@sachiko hi po..my sis also told me that since you only have 40hrs per fortnight which is mga 20 hrs lng per week..un lng kasi ang allowed..pero pwede nmn daw un as long as careful ka..meron kasing ibang employer na binababaan ung sahod kng under the table kasi nga alam nila na illegal ung ginagawa..tas baka isumbong ka pa..
