@kikay you're correct. Madali lang sa St. Lukes Extension Clinic @iam_juju. Kakatapos din lang namin nang buong family kanina. Kaya mo tapusin from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM with spouse and kids. Maghanda ka lang ng original passports with photocopies na 3 pcs each showing front face and last page of it. Then magdala ka rin ng passport pics mga 2-3 pcs each para sa mga forms na ifi-fill up na ibibigay ng guard as you enter. Bibigyan ka nya ng number for queuing. Mas maaga ka sa pila better kasi marami ka fifill-up. Nagtulong na kami ng wife ko sa pagsagot ng forms kaya bring black pen na rin. After you enter, your names shall be called from the desk for your picture taking then you will pay para masimulan na medical procedure proper.

Know your HAP ID number along with your E-Medical referral letter correspondingly. Kami family of 6 inabot kami ng 28k sa cashier fees.

I first came in for the visual acuity along with my 2 daughters. A nurse shall assist you there. Followed by profiling of your weight, height and BP. Sunod na don blood extract for all the 6 of us. Kasama don ang 3 year old youngest namin na to my surprise was so brave. Di sya umiyak unlike our 3rd boy na ininda ng slight ang syringe during the blood extraction. Then I was called by a female technician for X-Ray located at the adjacent room and mabilis lang. Followed by urine sample taking and finally the physical check by doctor. Kasama ko si youngest when we had our physical exam kaya walang kyeme ko na hinubad ang damit ko nang walang hiya para matapos na hahaha! Ok naman, it was a good family experience.

Good luck and as I write this comment, kaka submit ko lang ng scanned copies sa agent ko ng official receipts namin lahat for CO document submission thru email plus my wife's NBI. Expect 7-14 days daw na submission ng medicals to DIBP directly.

Hi, sa mga health workers kasi may additional na test sa medicals kaya yan tinatanong. Sensiya na di ako makapagbigay ng straight answer.

@GabPhAu Kung expired na po IELTS niya, pwede pong proof of functional english yung credentials niya rito sa AU kung natapos po niya masteral dito. Pwede po yung diploma or Certificate of Graduation.

Frontload po ibig sbihin naiattach na po lahat ng documents including the medicals before CO contact.

@GabPhAu front load means submitting anticipated required documents before CO contacts you. In other terms, document submission ahead such as police clearance and medicals

@GabPhAu I suggest na magmedicals na kayo para may chance kayo for a DG, Kuha na rin po kayo ng NBI at AFP Kung di pa po tapos si misis you can also submit yung "certificate of english as medium of instruction" and diploma from her Uni sa Phils. Di na po kayo hahanapan ng IELTS basta maiprovide niyo po mga eto.

@dddrew hindi bro. Mag water ka lang, lots of it. That way, you will have your urine with less impurities sa urine extraction test and also, mag intake ka ng milk before the x-ray procedure in the morning.

@dddrew hindi. We were even eating inside the clinic, yung parang waiting lounge nila while wating for our turn, coke and burger. Hehe

I think I could consider studying should there be an opportunity. Needing the local experience talaga and acquire trade certificates from an australian local employer.

@admt2016 hindi pala mahigpit sa makati, sa taguig bawal magdala ng food inside. Lumalabas pa kiddos ko pag nakuha ng food na dala namin. Wala na kami skin test na pinerform, straight blood extraction na agad. Hindi ba umiyak toddler mo when injected with syringe?

Nope hindi sya umiyak. Umiyak sya sa xray and shouting "mommy lets go out!!" Hehe. Oo sa ST. Lukes nabasa ko nga blood test agad mas ok kse hindi na nyo need bumalik for the PPD result @jedh_g

@iam_juju statutory declaration for work description. hindi mo need ipasa yan if yung COE mo eh may nkaindicate na job description (full details) at naka-company letterhead na issue ng mismong HR at signed ng at least supervisor mo. Yang stat dec, yan lng din ang pinasa ng husband ko sa ACS.
