@jedh_g thanks po!! kasama nyo po family nyo pag umalis. ano po pala ung.kayo lang ung mag file for skilled migrant. tapos bitbit fam memebers. every family member na isasama tig iisa ng visa and anong visa type? meaning pag tig iisang visa tig iisa din bayad ng processing? or considered as one team kayo kaya one payment only

@MayoMay I was the primary applicant under skilled immigration subclass ANZSCO 233512 (Mechanical Engineer), VISA 189. But then, since I shall be bringing all of the family members (wife and 4 children) with me, they are also in the application process inclusion - lahat sila visa 189 din. And according to the amended immigration rule sa visa payment, per head na lahat ang visa payment unlike year 2011 and below, primary applicant lang ang magbabayad ng visa fees and waived na ang other members. The more na mas may edad na visa applicant mas mahal ang visa fees.

Awaiting for visa grant na status namin right now. Lahat nag undergo ng medical process sa buong family but the NBI applies to me and my wife only. I only took the IELTS as my wife had just been required of the English MOI requested from her school/university. Sabay na marerelease ang visa ng buong family. I am still uncertain of our reflected IED (initial entry date) on our visa grant notice. But definitely, ako ang mauuna umalis pa australia. My plan is October 2016 ako pa-flight to Perth. You can refer to the NBI clearance date na you had submitted as usually doon nagrerefer ng IED si case officer assigned to you. So, in my case May 25,2016 ako nag submit ng NBI so I could assume na our IED is May 25, 2017. It all depends sa CO nyo, minsan 6 months lang ang gap dapat enter na kayo sa AU. Therefore, pwede sumunod family ko on or before that date early next year. Hope I had answered your queries objectively. Good luck and God bless!

@jedh_g ganun pala per head... whaaaaaaaa. ang mahal nun pala if ever. 3600AUD na ung sa solo palang. pero pwede naman po na solo muna for now tapos like mga 1-2 yrs pasunudiin na ang family members like sister muna ganun then mother and other siblings etc. or di sya matag na under ko.. magfile sila separate visa parang sponsored ba un?

@MayoMay if you plan to apply for yourself it is an option pero the drawback is the rest of your family member shall undergo separately the ardous process like for example professional assessment, english exam etc. Madali kapag immediate family mo as co-application sa visa which is wife and kids. Kapag parent mo mdali lang din provided you could justify to authorities na kaya mo sila suportahan sa state where they will be at. Kasi if brothers/sisters, very good dapat ang supporting papers mo at usually citizen ka na dapat. Malaki kasi ang chance na 'di mo sila agad madala doon if bagong entry ka pa lang. A tourist visa will do for your secondary family members (mga kapatid). Again, mas madali pag wife, children and parents.

Our family visa fees altogether took us around AUD 9,100 - me, wife & 4 children

@jedh_g actually po plan ko skilled immigrant 189. solo muna kasi wala pa budget. tapos in case settle na like 1-2 yrs baka pwede ko sama sister ko gawin student visa (study-work) para may makatulong ako sa pagwowork. incase makagraduate baka pwede iapply permanent visa. tapos mother naman ang papuntahin. pero pag ganun po like said nyo yung mother cgro since separate visa sya baka may mga english test din whaaaaaaaaaa etc... naku sana matuloy na nga ako para bahala na paano magawan na makasunod sila. ano pong agency nyo?

@MayoMay walang english test required sa parents just to clarify. Kapatid mo is proof of employment here sa pinas ang required plus proof of support from your end financially. I'm under Respall migration agent located at Makati.

@jedh_g ok naman po ang service ng Respall? baka pag ganyan na maiiwan ang family mas ok na mag avail service ng agency para sure na maayus process at less hassle. pera lang need tlga hahaha

@MayoMay satisfied naman on them. I choose this path as we agreed with my wife to engage with a registered agent as busy ako sa work environment ko. Pero mostly dito, independent lang kasi costly din mag agent.

@jedh_g thanks po! at least may idea na ako. sana ako din makapunta soon. konting days na lang ready na mag paaccess ng skills. review ng para sa english exam at baka kulelat.. haahha tapos go go go... visa fee lang tagilid pa... pero cross fingers sa atin lahat

@elleb1 hindi pa kami ngsa-sumbit ng documents..sabi kasi ng agent namin hintayin daw nila yung CO saka hihingin yung mga req'd docs..balak ko nga kausapin baka pwede na i-submit nila. waiting parin naman kami sa NBI. medical wala pa rin.

@leisori nag agent din pala kayo, kami din agent pero after namin mag lodge ng visa pina asikaso na yung nbi and pcc tsaka medical na rin. God bless sa application!

question po pala para sa mga solo na skilled migrant 189, ano po yung nakalagay dito. http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/189-/Skilled-Independent-visa-(subclass-189)-document-checklist na kahit hindi kasama na family member need mag medical? pati po dito, need pa po ba yun? Genuine relationship evidence. refer saq link po. Form 80, 1221 at curriculum vitae po ung dinagdag nyo sa visa lodging?

@MayoMay Kaya naman mag-isa gawin lahat nung process. Ako mag isa ko lang ginagawa. Manageable naman.

Visa 189 at 190 has almost the same benefits. except for 190 you have a moral obligation sa state na nag sponsor. So its up for you to decide kung ano pong visa ang gusto mo.

@MayoMay AFAIK, lahat ng declared dependents mo (i.e. wife + kids or parents) kahit hindi sila kukuha ng visa, kelangan mag-take at pumasa ng medical exam as part of your visa application

@MayoMay Puwede naman na solo ka lang muna. Ako kasi solo lang talaga muna, hindi ko muna nilagay yung family ko as dependents. Kasi wala naman balak family ko mag migrate. If may plan family mo, I guess isasama mo nga talaga sila as dependents.

@thisisme1 Nagsubmit din kami ng ITR and Passport photo. Though hindi na kami nagsubmit ng CV and bank certificate. Wala rin pala kaming Form 80.

Another question, pwede ba yung maglodge ako EOI for 189, pag natagalan at wala akong invite, mag 189 and 190 ako?

@mav14 like ako po solo talaga po muna. mag file ako for 189. like if makapasa and maka work ng 1-2 yrs, gusto isama ang mom or siblings, dapat sa umpisa palang ng file ko sa 189 nadeclare ko na sila as dependent? and if yes, saan sya dedeclare, kapag naglodge ng visa? if yes, so kung masama sila as dependent, mag fly sila or hindi as long as kasama sa dependent need nila mag health exam. un lang po need sa dependent? paano naman po if hindi as in idedeclare? di na sila pwede gawin parang sponsor ko? mangyayari need nila mag file as separate? like dadaan sila sa same process, like english test etc.

@kikay ah so ano po ba un, papaaccess lang kayo sa 189 at 190? tapos kung sino may invite, iyon ang ilolodge nyo visa at babayaran? hahaha sory nalito kasi ko. kala ko binayarang nyo pareho. like dalawa visa type apply nyo
