Tax for Skilled Visa 189 holders working in another country before the expiration of visa

Hi PinoyAU folks! I have a question and hopefully some of you can relate.
-I got my Skilled Migrant Visa 189 last February 2016, and I need to have my initial entry by September 2016. I plan to have my initial entry before this date.
-I got a job offer for relocation in Europe this 2016 and I decided to work there.
-I'm a Filipino, so I will be filing an OFW id here in the Philippines for my work in Europe so I can be exempted with tax in PH and will be paying my tax in Europe.

Can anyone help me understand if I still need to pay tax or even file a tax return sa Australia? Technically, I'm not "residing" in Australia muna even i have the visa- i'll be entering initially but plan to go straight to Europe for work at least for several years and just decide before my Visa 189 expires. (2020).

Hopefully some of you can help me with this situation since I think ung iba nagwork muna sa Singapore or other countries and nag initial entry lang muna. Thanks!
