Petition by uncle or aunt. Is it possible in Australia?
Thank you po!
My dreams shall never die.

Sponsorship by a relative If you have a relative living in a ‘Designated Area’ who is willing to sponsor you, he or she will need to be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or ‘eligible New Zealand citizen’ (see page 5). You or your partner must be related to your sponsor as: • a non-dependent child or non-dependent step-child; • a parent or step-parent; • a brother or sister, step-brother or step-sister; • a niece or nephew, step-niece or step-nephew; • an aunt or uncle, step-aunt or step-uncle; • a first cousin; or • a grandchild or step-grandchild.
you can find out more details from the DIAC website.

It's a veeerrrry costly process, but yes, it's possible. If you have the skills, you and your relatives will save a lot if you apply for cheaper alternatives like Skilled visa or Employer nominated ones

Reply to @LokiJr: very costly tlga and also you will not received benefits from the gov't yung relative mo na magssponsor syo, sila yung magproprovide ng issurance, medicare etc...and dapat willing sila to spend for that... I have a friend at first they plan for this since qualified nmn sila for independent skilled visa yun ang inapply nila.

relative sponsorship is the lowest priority. Processing of this visa usually takes more than 10 years, subject to strict scrutiny of applicant's civil status. He/she must be the only relative left in the country after all his/her relative migrated to Australia. (reference: Migration Agent)
