Re training--?

Hi good day,this is schama a permanent residence i just wanted to ask some advice.im come from regional nsw and we move to regional with my wife for her job.Im working b4 in manufacturing and after we moved in regional nsw I look for any kind of job from cleaner to anything but to no avail,i tried to apply apprenticeship but I am not lucky,I just wanted to ask if is there any short term courrse just like tesda or merancol foundation in philippines so that i can enroll for job prospect?,,, when i have a look in internet there available is certificate which can up to 4 years and you cant enroll unless you will be hired by employer as a apprentice..so it,s more difficult---any idea---?

Sorry i mean short term courses here just like in phil that have a short term trade course just like in tesda..
