Or you can bring the docs with their signature and copy of ID?

You can also ask them ahead of time kung may kailangan ka bang dalhin.

did you provide pa ba ng ID nung nag attest? or ID mo lang? san ka pala nagpastatutory?

No ID nung supervisor/manager sa declaration. IC and passport lang ang dinala ko.

Nagpa commissioner for oaths ako dun sa malapit sa City Hall Mrt station, The Adelphi building. Katapat ng Funan lang to. Eto yung website niya.

Dagdag ko na rin na matagal daw kapag ipapadala sa Pinas, parang abot ata ng 3 weeks based on old posts. Mas ok daw kapag ipadala ang COC sa Singapore address na kakilala ninyo or pick up by a representative.

diko sure kung pwede po eh, nagattached kase ako ng proof na need ng police clearance nung nagapply po ako ng appeal. tama din po sinabe ni @IamTim un din nabasa ko if to be send back to ph may katagalan nga. Best option is to send in sg address since soft copy is enough. Mine was collected by my husband who is still in sg, kaya mas mabilis po. 1 day after lng nung pinadala ko nacollect na kagad nya.

After pong ma deferred.

1.) nag whatsap po ba kayo sa kanila for appointment ulet?

Yes. Balik po kayu sa knila. They will schedule yoi to TTS for further test.

Cla po ba mag sched or direct po kayo pumunta for smear and culture?

Sila po mag eemail sa TTS. Then TTS will contact you directly para pumunta sa knila.

3.) Ang repeat x-ray po is 3 months after initial CXR po noh?

Then another one after 3rd and 6th months

In our case mauuna ang 3 months repeat X-ray if mag based po sa initial X-ray right? Then doon pede po malaman if may changes at need further medication po? Salamat :-)

Salamat po sa infos. Bali po pala lahat ng bagong X-Ray sa TTS na gagawin.. may idea po ba kayo if mag medication regarding timeline, one of our friend took it for 4 months while some I read is 6 months. Thank you po ulet

Ohh sakin po 6months e. Not sure po kung panu dinedecide ung time ng medication. 6 months plus 2 months po akin to wait the sputum results

Not same as initial na need to undergo bloodtest at X-Ray.. since referral lang po ang gagawin nila next. Thanks

Hi, ang statutory of declaration ay ginagawa lang kapag di ka na talaga makakuha ng COE from your your previous employer dahil nag-sara na sila at di mo na ma-contact or for whatever reason. You'll need someone to testify for you that you worked for that company and sign the document. If possible ka parin naman makakuha from your employer ng COE, you won't need an SOD.

For my Vetassess, I just submitted my COEs from my previous employers and current one together with my CV. Positive result naman ang nakuha ko.

Nominated Occupation: Architectural Draftsperson - ANZSCO 312111 (Offshore)

Apr 25: VETASSESS – I finished gathering all my documents. I created my account and started filling up the Skills Assessment for General Occupation Application.
Apr 29: VETASSESS – I double-checked my documents. I started uploading the required documents. I decided not to include my first work in the Philippines because I don’t have payment evidence of it. I didn’t include my 1st work in Singapore as well because I don’t have a Certificate of Employment from that job.
Apr 30: VETASSESS – I double-checked my documents for the last time.
May 01: VETASSESS – I successfully submitted my online assessment for Architectural Draftsperson. Total amount paid is AUD$ 880 (SGD$ 842.66) Crossing my fingers that the outcome will be positive.
May 05: VETASSESS – My application status was lodged.
Jul 12: VETASSESS – After 11 weeks, the results came out and it was Positive. Number of years assessed positively was 9.63 which is equivalent to 15 points in EOI.

Aug 16: IELTS – It was my test day. Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing were all taken on this day.
Aug 21: IELTS – My test results came out. L: 9.0 R: 7.5 W: 7.0 S: 7.5 which is Proficient English. It is equivalent to 10 points in EOI.
Aug 22: EOI – I finally submitted my Expression of Interest (EOI) in SkillSelect for NSW Visa 190.

Then pa sign mo sa supervisor or manager mo. ;)

Kelangan naka-lagay lahat nung mga ni-rerequire ng vetassess like ung number of hours etc. Dapat sundin mo yung format nila. In my case, I was the one who filled up the job description, number of hours etc. based on Vetassess' format, then binigay ko lang sa HR namin at sinabi ko na yun ang ilagay sa COE ko.

@rukawa_11 Thank you for replying.

Then pa sign mo sa supervisor or manager mo. ;)

@rukawa_11 yup gnun nga ok lng sna ung job description ang problem ung ppirma kc ttanungin ang purpose mo bkt need mo nun. Ang ipapaasses ko for my work experiences na iba ibang employer. Ask ko lng po ung coe mo po ba na pinasa s vetasses e ung may JD or ung basic template ng sg employer without JD?

from what i've read in the past, pagkaka-alam ko oo. but i might be wrong. so you'll need to research about it. try mo search sa mga thread dito baka may topic about jan. pero if pwede mo parin naman mahagilap yung employer mo, it would be better para di mo na kelanganin ng SOD.

Thank u

Hi, ang statutory of declaration ay ginagawa lang kapag di ka na talaga makakuha ng COE from your your previous employer dahil nag-sara na sila at di mo na ma-contact or for whatever reason. You'll need someone to testify for you that you worked for that company and sign the document. If possible ka parin naman makakuha from your employer ng COE, you won't need an SOD.

For my Vetassess, I just submitted my COEs from my previous employers and current one together with my CV. Positive result naman ang nakuha ko.

@rukawa_11 Thank you for replying.

Then pa sign mo sa supervisor or manager mo. ;)
