Thank u

Hi, ang statutory of declaration ay ginagawa lang kapag di ka na talaga makakuha ng COE from your your previous employer dahil nag-sara na sila at di mo na ma-contact or for whatever reason. You'll need someone to testify for you that you worked for that company and sign the document. If possible ka parin naman makakuha from your employer ng COE, you won't need an SOD.

For my Vetassess, I just submitted my COEs from my previous employers and current one together with my CV. Positive result naman ang nakuha ko.

@rukawa_11 Thank you for replying.

Ang ipapaasses ko for my work experiences na iba ibang employer. Ask ko lng po ung coe mo po ba na pinasa s vetasses e ung may JD or ung basic template ng sg employer without JD?

as much as possible, isama mo lahat ng employer mo na you think fits the skilled occupation that you will be assessing for kasi nakakadagdag yun sa points.

Ang mahirap talaga palagi is yung sa current employer dahil most of us, ayaw natin ipaalam yung purpose dahil baka maka-apekto sa current job natin. Pwedeng "To whom it may concern" lang.

    MY ROAD TO AUSTRALIAN PR

Nominated Occupation: Architectural Draftsperson - ANZSCO 312111 (Offshore)

    2020

Jan 20: Since I’m DIYing it, I started researching and learning the whole process.
Feb 22: VETASSESS – I started gathering all required documents.
Apr 25: VETASSESS – I finished gathering all my documents. I created my account and started filling up the Skills Assessment for General Occupation Application.
Apr 29: VETASSESS – I double-checked my documents. I started uploading the required documents. I decided not to include my first work in the Philippines because I don’t have payment evidence of it. I didn’t include my 1st work in Singapore as well because I don’t have a Certificate of Employment from that job.
Apr 30: VETASSESS – I double-checked my documents for the last time.
May 01: VETASSESS – I successfully submitted my online assessment for Architectural Draftsperson. Total amount paid is AUD$ 880 (SGD$ 842.66) Crossing my fingers that the outcome will be positive.
May 05: VETASSESS – My application status was lodged.
Jul 12: VETASSESS – After 11 weeks, the results came out and it was Positive. Number of years assessed positively was 9.63 which is equivalent to 15 points in EOI.
Jul 25: IELTS – I finally booked my IELTS Computer-delivered Test for SGD$ 365. My test date was Aug 16, 2020.
Aug 16: IELTS – It was my test day. Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing were all taken on this day.
Aug 21: IELTS – My test results came out. L: 9.0 R: 7.5 W: 7.0 S: 7.5 which is Proficient English. It is equivalent to 10 points in EOI.
Aug 22: EOI – I finally submitted my Expression of Interest (EOI) in SkillSelect for NSW Visa 190.

    My points breakdown:
    Age: 25
    English Language Ability: 10
    Education: 15
    State Nomination: 5
    Years of Experience: 15
    Total: 70 points

*Invitation rounds for NSW nomination under the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) are currently closed. I’m expecting that this may take a while because of the pandemic and the current situation in Australia. I just have to wait for the federal government’s advice on when it will open again.

    2022

Jul 5: IELTS – Since my IELTS exam result was expiring on Aug 16, 2022, I booked my 2nd IELTS Computer-delivered Test for SGD$ 378. My test date was on Jul 17, 2022. I didn’t know at that time that Australia is accepting its validity for 3 years. But I was able to use it as well for my Canada PR application.
Jul 17: IELTS – It was my test day. Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing were all taken on this day.
Jul 20: IELTS – My test results came out. L: 8.0 R: 9.0 W: 7.0 S: 7.5 which is Proficient English. It is equivalent to 10 points in EOI.
Jul 25: EOI – I received a notice that my EOI is expiring on August 23, 2022, so I had to resubmit it.
Aug 23: EOI – My Expression of Interest (EOI) in SkillSelect expired after 2 years.
Aug 25: EOI – I submitted my new Expression of Interest (EOI) in SkillSelect.

    Age: 25
    English Language Ability: 10
    Education: 15
    State Nomination: 5
    Years of Experience: 15
    Total: 70 points

*Invitation rounds for NSW nominations under the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) were still closed. It’s expected to open in November 2022. I hope I get invited before my birthday because I will lose points during an age milestone on December.

Sep 09: EOI – After a long wait, NSW’s Skilled Visa Nomination Program finally opened. However, my skill points for my nominated occupation didn’t meet the minimum points required which is 90. I only had 70 points. I updated my EOI and changed my preferred state to Victoria, which only requires a minimum of 65 points. I then created an account in the Live In Melbourne portal and submitted my Registration of Interest (ROI).

Dec XX: EOI – My points went down to 60 points due to an age milestone and I am now not qualified for at EOI in the Australian Skillselect. My only hope is to get higher points in my English exam to get back in the pool. I withdrew my EOI and ROI in Victoria.
    Dec19: – I booked my PTE English Test for USD$ 260 (SGD$ 367.11). My exam date was on Dec 30, 2022.

@IamTim San po kau ngpaSD and how much ung rate nla. Ty

You'll need someone to testify for you that you worked for that company and sign the document. If possible ka parin naman makakuha from your employer ng COE, you won't need an SOD.

Can I have a list of all my tax returns and the company who paid from YEAR to YEAR. sapos i saved the mail as PDF, sinama ko kasama ng payslips.

if you have POSB/OCBC/UOB etc, they will tell you sa online system na 7 years lang kept nilang data, pero napakiusapan ko sa chat support at nag bigay ng specific month bank statement na more than 7 years (like 10 years ago) . yung start and end date lang nung nag work ka sa company ang hingin mo para di sila mahirapan maghanap.

Hello! Sa SATA Bedok kami nagpa-medical, family of 4. Eto prices:

    • Me and my husband (health check, blood test for HIV, urine for glucose, chest x-ray) = 239.65SGD each person
    • 3 y.o. child (health check, TB test) = 426.05SGD
    • 1 y.o. child (health check) = 129.45SGD

So umabot ng 1K SGD total.

For TB, ung blood test kinuha namin (Quantiferon).

And yes, tumatanggap sila ng credit card. :)

Nominated Occupation: Architectural Draftsperson - ANZSCO 312111 (Offshore)

I decided not to include my first work in the Philippines because I don’t have payment evidence of it. I didn’t include my 1st work in Singapore as well because I don’t have a Certificate of Employment from that job.
Apr 30: VETASSESS – I double-checked my documents for the last time.
May 01: VETASSESS – I successfully submitted my online assessment for Architectural Draftsperson. Total amount paid is AUD$ 880 (SGD$ 842.66) Crossing my fingers that the outcome will be positive.

Yung iba gusto maghintay ng CO contact dahil daw may expiry un result, okay naman samin, within the validity nagrant. bedok sata din kmi with kids din and blood test din nirecommend dahil daw mataas chance magfalse positive ang skin test.

After mag-lodge saka kami nagpa-medical, hindi na namin hinintay CO contact. Ang kelangan lang to book an appointment sa Sata at dalhin on the actual medical exam day ay iyung letter from the immi with the HAP ID.

    • 1 y.o. child (health check) = 129.45SGD

So umabot ng 1K SGD total.

thank you po for the very detailed response. follow up question po, yung sa 3 y.o. niyo po na child, anung test po for TB yung kinuha niyo, yung skin test or yung blood test?

For TB, ung blood test kinuha namin (Quantiferon).

And yes, tumatanggap sila ng credit card. :)

Or after niyo mag-lodge, nag-medical na po kayo agad? And if nag-lodge kayo agad, anung pinakita niyo sa clinic na proof na need niyo ng medical? TIA for your response.

Yung iba gusto maghintay ng CO contact dahil daw may expiry un result, okay naman samin, within the validity nagrant. bedok sata din kmi with kids din and blood test din nirecommend dahil daw mataas chance magfalse positive ang skin test.

noted po. napaka-helpful ng answer niyo. thank you for responding.

Hello! Sa SATA Bedok kami nagpa-medical, family of 4. Eto prices:

    • Me and my husband (health check, blood test for HIV, urine for glucose, chest x-ray) = 239.65SGD each person
    • 3 y.o. child (health check, TB test) = 426.05SGD

After mag-lodge saka kami nagpa-medical, hindi na namin hinintay CO contact. Ang kelangan lang to book an appointment sa Sata at dalhin on the actual medical exam day ay iyung letter from the immi with the HAP ID.

noted po, thank you once again for your very insightful response. :)
