meron n po b dto gumamit ng statutory declaration na approve ang skills assessment? d kc nagrereply yung previous employer ko s taiwan..isip ko po gumawa n lang stat dec..sana po may makapag share ng ideas and format ng stat dec..maraming salamat po..

eto po ginamit ko nung gumawa ako ng statutory declaration. pero bago ito dapat gawa ka din ng reference letter sign by someone higher than your position in your previous company. hope this helps.

Good evening po. Im currently preparing all the documents required for our Skill Assessment (under Vetassee) , just a quick question lng po sa mga kababayan na nakapag submit n ng mga documents, it's stated po kc sa website that you have to provide evidence of your paid employment (e.g. payslip, tax record). Ung payslip na sinubmit nyo is for the whole duration of your tenure to the company or acceptable po ba kahit 2 or 3 months payslip lng?

Ang also, ung sa photo na required panu nyo po napatatakan ng certified true copy? parang ang liit po ata ng passport size photo pra mlagay ung details ng magce-certify ng photo or pwde po kayang i-paste ung photo sa A4 size paper then dun mag ce-certify ung appointed person? Any advise po?

Reply to @donaldsingapore: yung sa akin nagpalagay ako ng stamp sa likod ng photo tapos pinirmahan nya. Kung gagayahi mo ko, ballpoint pen dapat gamit pag mag-sign sa likod kasi mag-smudge yung ink. Though sa experience ko tinawanan ako ng notary public dito sa SG, case ko daw ang 1st daw na magcertify sya ng photo. Yung isang suggestion ng notary public since may extra copy ako ng photo i-paste na lang daw sa papel yung photo tapos dun nya ilagay yung stamp and signature nya

Nabasa ko po kc sa vetassee na pwede mag certify ang medical practitioner, may mga family friend po kc kme dito sa SG na doctor we're thinking of asking them to certify our docs. We just want to make sure na iho-honor ng vetassee ang docs n certified ng doctor here sa SG. Any insight po?

pa-notarize mo lang na certified true copy sya, marami dito sa SG. $5 per page ata yung usual price, ako kasi ni-scan and print ko lang in-color, tapos yung iba ko certificate original na. Yung transcript ko original din pinadala ko, which I regret actually tuloy kumuha na naman ako bagon transcript of record sa school ko.

However, nasang country po kayo ngayon? kasi parang applicable lang sya sa commonwealth countries and Philippines is not part of it pero sabi sa site nila:

"Commonwealth statutory declarations should be used when you’re dealing with Commonwealth or ACT agencies, or in matters falling under Commonwealth or ACT law (such as immigration)."

about sa gumamit ng Stat Dec, yes meron na po dito nyan sa PinoyAu na gumamit at na approved.

 an Australian lawyer
 a member of the police force
 a sheriff or a deputy sheriff
 a councillor of a municipality
 a senior officer of a council
 a medical practitioner
 a dentist
 a veterinary practitioner
 a pharmacist
 a principal in the teaching service
 a manager of an authorised deposit-taking institution
 a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia or the Australian Society of Accountants or the National Institute of Accountants
 a secretary of a building society
 a minister of religion authorised to celebrate marriages
 a public notary
 a member or former member of either House of the Parliament of the Commonwealth.

Documents Certified Outside Australia must be certified by an equivalent of the above authorised list within the country of origin.

Stated naman sya above na equivalent, pero wala pa ata naka pag try sa isang medical practitioner though puede ka mag try.

Karamihan kasi iwas abala na lang kaya sa justice of peace, lawyer, notary public nag papa CTC.

from CO allocation, gaano pa katagal aabutin ang process? assuming may NBI clearance na and tapos na ang health check? (hindi naman ako makakuha ng police clearance dito sa SG at kailangan ko pa ng letter from CO)

sa experience ko kasi...ang nagpatagal sa visa grant namin ay yung FBI Clearance ng wife ko sa US. as in yun yung last na dumating sa amin (oks na ang nbi/sg clearance and medicals nun). sa pagkakaalala ko...nung dumating ang FBI Clearance sa amin ng gabi....nag-scan at attach ako online sabay email sa CO na tapos na namin lahat ng requirements. kinabukasan...visa grant email na ng mga around noon.

Walang problema - my wifes documents din as I was the one who duplicated the originals, ginawa ko colored. It looks better kasi at libre naman so why not!
