may question po ako regarding nbi and pcc. sa pinas po ako. ano pong nbi clearancr ang kukunin ko tanda ko po may types sya parang pang abroad and local ata yun.

for medical san po pwede mag pa medical. not sure kung may list lang na accredited for pinas. thanks po in advance

ang kunin mo sa nbi yung valid for travel abroad. sa medical naman may link ng eHealth dun ang would recommend you kung san ka pwede mag pa medical. if not then search DIAC website for panel doctors. as far as i remember St Lukes Medical Clinic sa Ermita is one of them..

BTW, may invitation ka na pala, congrats!

Guys tanong naman... sa pag lodge ng visa payment ok lang ba at walang magiging bearing or problem kung sa kaptid kong credit card ang gagamitin?

Why do you need 2 invites @rguez06?

No you won't get 190 invite as you EOI will be freeze once you get your 189 invite...

@psychoboy nagiisip ako kung magsusubmit ako ng 189, may 55 points ako without claiming sa education, I'm not sure kasi kung my 2 year IT Certificate will have merit so planning to get a points test advice from vetassess. Nung una kasi kala ko 3 months ang processing then nabasa ko from one of the post here na 4-6 weeks lang. So was wondering if I can submit 189 while waiting for the results from Vetassess and if I get invited but my education comes up negative or 0 points. Then I'll go for the 190. Just looking at other options. Thanks!

Why do you need 2 invites @rguez06?

No you won't get 190 invite as you EOI will be freeze once you get your 189 invite...

Question po:

Im on the midst of completing the infos sa visa application then suddenly naisip ko mag expire na ang current passport ko this Aug2013, yung bago po dadating ng 06May2013, puede ko pa po ba ituloy yung application ko using the old passport or antayin ko na lang yung bagong passport?

Ang puede ko po pa i cancel muna yung visa application session ko? wala kasi option to save, ang meron lang logout ;-)

@Legato09 batchmate meron alam ko syang save button after ng page regarding TRN and assigned password. After that, pwede ka na mag save then edit ulet ung mga details

Hinanap ko naman, ang meron lang cancel or next, tapos log out sa upper right.

@amcasperforu sorry medyo silly question ko pero confused tlga ako... ano ung difference between NSW Ack letter received and ung recent 190 NSW approval letter? Ung acknowledment letter ba is nareceive nila documents mo since finedex mo? Tama ba?

Ung mga ibang states, if submission by email, magsesend din cla ng acknowledment letter then wait sa approval letter? Once nareceive ung approval letter, dun k lng pwede i submit ung EOI application? Tama ba pagkaintindi ko?

@meforgetful, yung ack letter yan ung email letter nila na natanggap nila ung pinadala mong docs, before ung ack letter it contains a file number and receipt of the payment. Nung nag February they started to send a generic ack letter right after ma received nila ung docs. Generic email without File Number and Receipt of payment.

Ang approval naman ay yan ung na approve na ng visa mo ang State Sponsorship. Meaning they acknowledge or they agree to provide you an additional 5 points.

Next, you will received an email stating pwede ka na mag lodge dahil na invite ka na sa SkillSelect, lodge mo na ung visa mo to finalize at ma allocate ng Case Officer for other needed docs like Meds and Police Clearance...

Yung EOI, as early as pag ka submit mo ng EOI pwede ka na mag create then submit mo along with the state na aapplyan mo. Pero pwede rin naman pag nagka approval letter ka na, depende sa state, better check rin sa requirements nila. But for NSW, pwede kahit after na ng approval. Pero for me mas ok ung ready na.

@meforgetful, thank you. Di ko pa na update yung signature ko, I got my Approval letter on April 29 then I got my SkillSelect Invitation to lodge my visa on April 30.

Di ko pa ma lodge dahil sa critical decision if isasama ko mom ko sa family members migrating... Kaya hinge ako advise if magiging mahirap ba or ano dapat kong gawin... either mauna muna ako or isabay ko na sya... sabi kasi ng iba may tradeoff like possibly delayed dahil marami hihingiing docs etc..

your mom will be required the ff:

1. English proficiency evidence
2. Health requirements
3. Proof of dependencies

if you can provide all those documents, your mom is in good health then you can include her in your application.. otherwise maaring maging cause of delay or rejection ng visa kapag may health findings..

May nabasa ako if walang english proficiency, you will pay around 4K AUD. Tama po ba? She was not able to finished her High School due to circumstances and have to work early for a living. Hope tama yung nabasa ko.

Next question of mine would be, may naiisip pa po kaya kayong proof or alternatives since ni hahand over directly ko lang kasi yung monthly ko sa nanay ko for finances and expenses sa bahay.

Tama ka, you need to pay 4k AUD for an English course or let her sit in IELTS. Pero kung ako sayo let her take IELTS na lang para mas mura. Pero i-try mo din na kumuha ng "Medium of Instruction" certificate from her high school. though i'm not sure kung sabi ng DIAC eh university.

I would suggest as proof of dependency:

1. Correspondence (same address) of you and your mother.
2. Evidence na you pay the utilities in your household.
3. Statutory declaration.
4. Proof na single ka at yung mga kapatid mo eh may kanya-kanya nang pamilya
5. wala na akong maisip pa :P
