HI! gusto ko lang po mag ask kung pano po makakapag migrate yung friend ko sa AU.? actually i met her in expo for student visa ONLY! gustong gusto nya po mag migrate with her husbend. but her husband po is nasa riyadh and having a project po. kaso when we talk to a councilor at the expo sabi nila malabo daw syang ma accept sa student visa because of her age yun lang po ang big problem .. i hope matulungan nyo po ako maexplain saknya regarding this matter.. and please guide us kung pano sya makakapag ayos ng papers to migrate with her husband THANK YOU.. godbless po

    Depende sa skills nya and score. You can ask them to try a different route rather than student visa. Check our FAQ page sa taas. :)

    for skilled migration, applicants' age limit is 49...they can apply for a 457 visa pero pathway for permanent residence(after 2 years in AU) is slim. May exemption sa age limit for those applicants from 457 to PR if they met the income threshold of around $130K/year

    If you are over 50, you can be exempt from the usual age limit in the following circumstances:

    If you are nominated as a Minister of Reigion
    If you are nominated to fill a senior academic or research position with a government organisation
    If you have worked in Australia on a 457 for your employer for at least the last 4 years and you have been a high salary earner for the entire period - the relevant salary level is $133,000 from 1 July 2014
