    Guys! Ask ko lng. My first employer po ay closed na.. so ang meron lng ako ay generic coe pero nakalagay nman position ko po. No chance na makakuha ako ng detailed job description, payslip and itr. Tapos wala po sss contribution. Di ko alam kung bket. Pero may philhealth sya before. Pero deactivated na po philhealth ko kasi dependent nko ng hubby ko. But tinanggap sya ng assessment body. Kaso yun nga po. Iniisip ko bka higan pako ng co. Tigin nyo po ba better gumawa ng self stat declaration? Any suggestions po? Mas ok ba mag submit nko stat dec habang wala pang co?

    oo nga.. naihabol ko na ngayon lng yung self stat declaration (notarized).. pra di na humingi ng kung ano ano, sabi ko wala chance for payslip and ITR and detailed coe kasi close na yung company/clinic.. hehe... naalala ko pagibig contributions. kaso til now di pa daw nila updated yung contributions ko. 24-48 hours pa daw bago ako maka receive ng feedback from pag ibig. so bahala na po tlga si Lord sa plan nya sa visa app nmen.. and nteng lhat. :)
