    Guys, tanong lang sa pagfill up ng EOI, yung employment date ko sa company 1 ang end date nya nakalagay sa COE is March 24 then nagstart ako sa company 2 March 12 ang nakalagay sa COE. Bali nagoverlap sila,magkakaproblema ba ako kung ganyan yung ilagay ko sa EOI. Yung march 11 to 24 kasi sa company 1 nagleave na ako nun at pumasok na ako sa company 2.

    @maren1026 Pa help naman kung paano nag-succeed ang case ng anak mo. Ang anak ko kasi nag positive sa Tuberculid Skin Test pero negative naman result niya sa Xray pero nabigyan pa rin siya ng notice 607 - continue anti-tuberculid treatment. Naghanap ako ng mga threads until I found yours which is quite similar sa situation namin. Ngayon di na naman alam anong gagawin so ang plano namin i-lodge na ang visa. Ang form 815 health undertaking ba ay iibigay lang nila kung na-lodge mo na ang visa or i-send nila kahit di pa na-lodge ang visa? Wala kasi akong natanggap na advice na mag-health undertaking anak ko. Tatlo kami sa family na ok na ang medical eto lang talagang bunso ko ang may problema sa health result. Sana ma-consider nila para madala namin tapos dyan nalang sa OZ magcontinue ng treatment. Please share naman sa experience mo. thank u so much in advance and God bless!

    @Cecil Lito until kelan ba un medication nun anak mo? Ang advise tlga samin ay tapusin hanggang june (9months) pero we consulted our pedia and sabi nya pwede nman daw na at least 6months especially if negative nman un mga findings. So ayun nag-secure lng kmi ng med cert at pinasa nmin dun sa slec na end of treatment na. Pero before pa nag-clear un medical nya nag-lodge na dn kmi ng visa kasi baka ma-expire naman un eoi nmin. Un form 815 pwede mo na un attach agad kaso un sa case ko even na-attach ko na before e hnanap p dn nh case officer, probably naoverlook nya or bka gusto lng nya ng mas recent na signed form.

May nag email ba sayo galing sa immigration na kailangan mo mag sign ng form 815 health undertaking? Naguguluhan ako about form 815 kung saan ko kukunin yan. Sorry talaga mahirap talaga pag di namin kabisado. Hanggang 6 months matatapos ang treatment ng anak around Nov 2017 pa. Di kasi namin alam na mag positive siya sa TST. Hope ok lang sana ng lahat na to. Maraming salamat at God bless po.

    @Cecil Lito second opinion ka sa Nationwide, marami ako naasa na ang SLEC ay laging positive para magkaroon ng additional treatments, more income sa kanila, sanationwide naman daw clear....

    just a suggestion ha... nationwide kami, wala naman problema si baby, nagka viral pneumonia pa nga pero cleared pa din, wala nga lang grant hanggang ngayon, hehe, antay antay lang....

    @MikeYanbu Hi Sir, maraming salamat sa info! Ngayon, nakatanggap ako ng email mula BUPA ang sabi deferred daw for further examination. Tinawagan ko Nationwide Davao mag-contact lang daw sila sa akin. So hintay lang muna ako sa kanila na mag-contact. Under 457 visa kami at apat kami. Under treatment kasi anak ko ngayon pero sa Nov 2017 pa matapos. Na lodge na ang visa namin kahapon, lahat ba kami ma-hold din at hintayin muna ma-OK na ang anak ko o pwede lang ako muna pupunta doon? Pwede ba na saka nalang ang dependents ko pupunta sa OZ pag matapos na treatment ng anak ko? Please paki-tulong kong may opinion kayo. Nag-worry na kasi ako masyado kasi service technician ang work ko doon at kailangan na talaga ako maka-report doon sa employer kasi marami sila customers pero wala pang service technician. Maraming salamat in advance sa mga tulong ninyo at God bless sa lahat!

    Hi everyone. Sa immiaccount, kelangan ko ba ilagay na nagpunta ako sa Japan in since 2004 to 2015 in separate periods (live in other country other than the Philippines)? Does that mean I have to have a police clearance from Japan too?

I read someone here before, hiningian siya kahit more than 6-7mos lang na stay.., (can't remember the details though) ... anyway, better get it nalang, kung madali lang namang makuha.. if hindi pa pwede, you'll have to wait for the official letter requesting Police certificate..

    hi @jacjacjac, hmm.. i think no.. not sure if it's something na na-rerequest from DIBP. your visa application should be evaluated first before they request the needed police clearance from you.. You can try your ITA letter though and see if JP Police will accept it..
