Iba't ibang experience cguro tayo so I reckon this would be an interesting topic - share naman your experience with your case officer. Anything from funny, scary, etc...

I will start; nagpakilala itong CO na ito and he is from Adelaide Team 7 yesterday (email was sent 6AM SG/PH time) - he introduce himself and gave us a list of what he wants us to submit. He also gave us the endorsement to the Singapore Police for our PCC.

We submitted all the documents he wanted (sans the PCC) yesterday night and we immediately got an auto-response stating, we will get back to you within 7 working days...

Kami naman, we thought okey fine, I hope this guy will at least give us an acknowledgement that he got everything within the week....

To our surprise, the dude responded at 6AM today confirming and thanking us for sending the documents asap. He also apologized for the inconvenience of the eVisa system (we mentioned kasi in our email na parating may error hence pinadala nalang namin mga files namin via email).

I guess swerte kami with this bloke (his name is SA) - I hope tuloy tuloy na ito! :)

    @psychoboy ay ang swerte mo naman sa CO. nabasa mo naman sa mga previous post ko db..tong CO namin, tinanong ko kung natanggap nya pinadala ko (pero cyempre gusto ko naman i-update nya ako status), isang tanong, isang sagot..uu daw natanggap..haha
    tapos d ako nakatiis, in-email ko na, kinamusta ko status ng visa namin,,sagot sakin eh..under going routine check at they will contact me if they need something. kung lang na lng sabihin, don't contact us, we will contact u if we need u.

    checking this forum pati ung sa kabila, nauna pa akong nagka-CO sa iba, awa ng diyos, may visa na sila, ako wala pa. hehe

    co ko si VL, veki tupa in tagalog.

    ako naman po sa team 6. medyo kabado nga ako kasi three months referred na ang meds ko wala paring grant ang visa ko. ano na kaya ang nangyari sa files ko? nagsisikip na ang aking dibdib sa kakaisip haay. sumasagot naman sila (team6) on behalf of my case officer. mukhang nakaleave yata siya. huhuhu

    samin naman nag-confirm ang health strategies na finalized n daw medical namin at na-meet naming mag-anak ang medical requierement.

    d ko maintindihan ano pang chini-chek netong CO ko eh iisang company lng naman pinasukan ko ever since. binigyan ko sya payslips ko from 2003 to present (1 each yr), ITR, bank stmt. as in lahat.

    mukhang sadyang natapat lng ako sa mabagal?? na CO.

    @June16 ganyan din nangyari sa akin (team 6 din CO ko), 3 months ng finalized pero parang walang change sa status. Ang sabi ng friend ko try ko daw sulatan. Nag email ako tinatanong ko kung may kulang pang documents at ano ang next step. Pag receive ko ng response niya, approval na agad ng visa. ;)

    di bale, 28 days diba ang TAT nila to make a decision? Hopefully it will not go beyond Nov 3rd for your visa to be granted.

    are given 28 days. Praying na maging ok lahat.. ask ko lang po kung pwede manghingi ng extension if hindi kaya yung 28 days. and do you think po wla na additional requirements since med/pol/nbi na ang hiningi nya? thanks po.

    errr, I am just wondering @faa317 why it would be problem to comply the nbi clearance and medicals within 28 days?

    My CO was KD from team 33. Tahimik na tahimik. First email sa akin was visa grant, two months after my lodgment date. Tumawag ako sa DIAC the day before it, and the next day nag email sa akin ang Skill Select about my EOI being removed. Out of curiosity at dahil di ko na maopen ang Skill Select account ko, nag try ako maglog-in sa VEVO and voila, nakapasok ako at nakita ko yung details about my visa. Hinintay ko the next day yung grant letter pero walang dumating, hanggang tumawag ako nang tumawag sa DIAC. Dumating sya a week after my grant date. Also, mali ang pagkabasa nya ng date ng PCC ko, sa document it was 09/05/2012 (or sep 5 sa Pilipinas). Ginawa nyang May 09, 2013 yung IED ko. Hindi ko pinachange dahil pupunta din naman ako dun before May.

    Subclass 190 - Software Engineer
    April 5- ACS Application
    May 12 - IELTS Exam
    May 25 - IELTS result (R&L - 7.5, S - 8, W - 7)

    I believe yung 28 days na yun is not necessarily may result na. alam ko ibig sabihin nun e nasimulan mo na dapat magprocess within 28 days. like in my case, i just sent a scanned copy of my receipt for NBI clearance and medicals.

    @psychoboy where are residing in sg right now. yung mag process ng nbi namin relative ko.. kaya lang yung time na maka punta sya after all souls day daw.. ask lang po ilang days po ba yung nbi bgo mkuha. tks

    @faa317 kasi wala yatang pasok sa atin ngayon dahil sa All Saints/Souls Day. Pagkakaalam ko, same day nya rin makukuha ang NBI clearance kung wala namang problema. Di ko nga lang sure kasi 2008 pa ako nagpakuha nito at during that time wala namang naging problema.

    @faa317 : may nabasa ako sa ibang thread, mukhang mabilis lng kumuha ng nbi kahit wala kayo dito pinas.

    so bale 3 na tayo dito sa forum na hawak ni veki... si @boyolo ang isa, may nakita pa akong isa sa kabilang forum, oct16 nya kinontak.

    2 n pala sa kabilang forum,,meron na naman cyang bagong last fri.

    @faa317 - I am not sure how long it will take if ipapadala sa relative in the Philippines because I just had mine sent directly to the NBI Taft Office. Bale, I send my application docs in a parcel and attached Php200 (per application request). 3 days TAT lang daw and ipapadala nila ang NBI clearance mo in an airmail (this itself will take around 10 days to reach Singapore).

    Works for me, cheaper ang lalabas at di na makakaabala sa mga relatives in Manila. Alam mo naman ang traffic situation doon... :)

    @psychoboy where are residing in sg right now. yung mag process ng nbi namin relative ko.. kaya lang yung time na maka punta sya after all souls day daw.. ask lang po ilang days po ba yung nbi bgo mkuha. tks
    dont worry about the 28-day period.. just make sure na may proof kayo na naka-start na kayong magprocess ng mga hinihingi na docs within 28 days..
    example: you can send thru email the following:
    - copy of receipt for your medical
    - copy of receipt or filled-up form for NBI clearance..

    ganyan lahat ginawa mostly ng mga applicant..
    ako nga inabot ng 2 mos ang NBI clearance ko..

    mabait yung CO ko, sya pa nagfo-follow-up sa akin nung natagalan ako pagprvide ng NBI clearance ko.. pagkasubmit ko.. visa grant agad..

    Yung CO ko nmn from Team 2 Adelaide LC initials nya, mabait sya at may reply lagi sa email ko pero hindi sya mismo yung nagrereply skin ibang CO na from Team 2 din, iniisip ko bka naka leave CO ko or bka assisstant nya yun or bka senior na sya dun. Kse tuwing nag eemail ako si CO SJT ang nagrereply. Nagkataon lang nareferred medicals ko at ng anak ko kaya medyo nafreeze yung application nmn, kung nafinalised agad siguro medicals nmn navisa grant na kmi agad kse yung isang applicant sa kabilang forum same CO kmi nauna pa ko magka CO sknya navisa grant na sya, after 5 days lang nung maallocate sya kay CO LC nagrant na visa, hiningan din sya ng form 80...No job verification daw.

    Reply skin ni CO, our medicals are still referred and for assessment daw ng MOC, once nafinalised na daw yun I will receive an email....I hope visa grant letter na yun :) Tiis tiis lang muna, may schedule si Lord sa visa grant nmn :)

    sabay email ko sa kanya.. 9am the following monday meron na syang visa grant agad..

    gamitin mo lang palagi panghugas ng pinggan ang S - Brite..
    lol..

    @hotshot same tayo CO -HL : )....kamusta naman experience mo mabilis ba?
    email ko ka agad TOR ni Mrs sa kanya, received electronic response na they will answer after 7 days.
