Hey everyone,

I found a new place down south (flagstaff, Darlington SA), near Flinders University (Bedford park). I will move in first week of January 2013.
It's a 2 two bedroom unit fully furnished with bed & matress, tv, sofa, Ref, microwave, front loader washing machines and chairs (even cooking utensils). I made an approximate cost around (165 per week), including electricity ,water & dsl internet. Minimum stay is 6 months. This is ideal for new migrants.

    hello there do you accept temporary tenants, me and my husband will be arriving there probably next week and still we dont have a place to go. how much will be the rent??? pls advise po thank you

    @adelaida Musta ? as in next week na talaga ang dating nyo? hmm yung unit ko here sa CBD will be available pa on the last week of Nov, since pauwi na ng Malaysia ung housemate ko. But having said that, until 12 January 2013 na lang ung lease ko dito sa CBD. So available un from last week of Nov to 12 January 2013.
