Deadline of First Entry

Guys/Gals,
from what I understand.. when a visa is granted.. may nakalagay doon yung deadline kung kailan ka dapat na mag enter sa Australia.. Question: Saan ito naka base? May nakapagsabi sa akin na nakabase daw ito sa validity ng PCC...

Pls advise...

May 2012 - Revalidated ACS Application (System Analyst)
9/1/2012 - Taken My 3rd IELTS Exam
9/14/2012 - Got IELTS results: L=8,R=8.5,W=7,S=7 .. :-) .. pag may tiyaga..may nilaga
9/15/2012 - Updated my EOI = 65 points (visa 190);60 (VISA 189)
10/10/2012 - Australia Federal Police Clearance Submitted Online
10/11/2012 - FBI Clearance Sent Through DHL
10/22/2012 - Received scan copy of AFP clearance from my friend in Melbourne
11/15/2012 - Received Invitation for 189 (about 2 months after 60 pts effectivity)
11/24/2012 - 189 VISA Lodged
11/29/2012 - DIAC Ack :-)
12/4/2012 - Received FBI clearance. Friend in US sent scanned copy
12/17/2012 - CO Assigned
04/17/2013 Visa 189 Granted.. Thank you Lord...
08/09/2013 - Flight to Sydney through PAL
08/10/2013 - Touchdown Sydney
08/12/2013 - Start of Job Hunt in Australia
08/26/2013 - First day of work... THANK YOU LORD...
07/16/2015 - Transferred to my second job/company

    1 Year from the earliest PCC you have submitted or 1 year after your medicals were submitted, whichever is earlier
    Hi Jaero.. thanks for your response... so in my situation...yung ealiest na PCC ko is from Australia which is dated 10/12/2012... so kung ma grant yung VISA ko.. ang latest date of entry ko is 10/12/2013....

    yung US PCC ko is still on-going.. then yung PH NBI clearance ko.. sya yung kunin kong huli....
    follow up question... so i consider nila yung earliest between the 3 (AUS, US and PH) or yung PH NBI lang kasi nandito na naman ako sa Pinas ngayon?

    sorry kung medyo makulit.. worried kasi ak ng baka mapaaga yung entry date namin.. di matapos ng mga anak ko yung at least 3 quarter sa school dito sa pinas...

    May 21 2012 - lodged visa 176 (NSW) online application
    May 30 2012 - CO allocation
    Jul 16 2012 - Visa Granted! (IED Deadline: May 16, 2013)
    Jan 19 2013 - Arrived in Sydney
    Jan 20 2013 - Started our job hunt
    Mar 11 2013 - Officially became a "HOUSE-BAND" :)
    Apr 22 2013 - End of my "HOUSE-BAND" career :)

    btw, we have seen cases na pag medyo na "referred" ang medical at merong pinirmahan na "health undertaking form"... hindi 1 yr ang binibigay nilang allowance for IED.. mga 6 months lang.. ang nakikita kong reason is because ung medical nga kailangan magreport agad sa AU hospital or clinic to check regularly..

    oo nga po...parang may nabasa akong ganyan dito sa forum. hindi ba si sir @Bryann ata nagkwento nun? not so sure though. hehe
