im confused kase kung iddeclare ko yung pag-ibig housing loan ko sa visa appln ko. meron kaseng question dun na "outstanding debts from public authority". i answered NO kase pending pa yung appln ko sa pagibig pero i expect sooner maapprove na sya. do i need to inform my CO pag may outstanding loan nako? will this have an impact on my visa appln? thanks.

Wife ko galing sa GOCC din. 9years lang sya sa govt so she applied for Conso loan sa GSIS and filed Request for Cash Surrender Value ng policy para makuha nya yung pera instead na sa 60th pa nya.
For HDMF naman namin, nag-apply lang sya ng Optional Withdrawal (Permanent Leaving the country). No CFO sticker for our visa 496. She just attached a copy of our visa grant letter along with the other required documents. You can have a copy of your contribution photocopied when they give out the check na or request kayo in advance sa HDMF office. You can't request for it online. They can only provide your Member Data Record (MDR) online.

496 visa holders kami (Provisional Resident visa) but both my wife and I were able to withdraw our contributions based sa Permanent Departure from Country, no questions asked. . Ako sa Intramuros office, wife ko sa Makati II Branch. We filled up the forms and submitted the required docs including copy of the visa grant. After about 2 weeks we picked up our checks na from respective offices. Kaya naguluhan ako why biglang ayaw ngayon unless nag-iba na nga ng rules.
