Why don't u want to declare it? Mas magandang honest sa form, kasi they'll know kung may hndi ka ideclare. May nakakalusot siguro pero nabibilang lang. It's best to be honest kesa malaman na and it will be grounds for refusal.

Okies, understood. Eto nagdedeclare na. Naisip ko kasi kung hindi din lang ako masyadong sure sa mga addresses na tinirahan ko eh hindi ko nalang ilalagay. Like nung college nagpalipat-lipat ako ng apartments, medyo madami eh. Wala pa naman akong records nito. Ok na yung visited countries, chinecheck ko na sa passport isa-isa. I have an idea na din kung anong gagawin jan sa addresses .

Hi, tanong ko lang kung meron ba dito na nag lodge ng Visa pero di na nag pasa ng form 80? Nag tanong kasi ako sa migration agent at sabi niya hindi na kailangan mag send unless hiningi sa iyo. Or still better upload it?

You don't necessarily need to upload it kaagad. However, it's commonly requested by the case officer, which is why I think most just opt to submit it na. My agent uploaded it when we lodged my visa application.

Sa gaps po, dinedeclare nyo din yung mga job hunting weeks and months na talagang tambay mode?
and sa addresses, yung mga short stays na nakikitira or nakiki room sharing ba nilagay nyo pa din?

Di kasi nanghihingi ng proof of address and wala naman proof of unemployment talaga, so example:

Work:
Jan 1- Jan 21: Unemployed = (Reason: Applying for jobs and waiting for work visa approval)

Address:
Dec 1 2020 - Dec 30 2020 = Address 1 (nakitulog sa sofa ng friend for 1 month)

Main applicant ako, single so I claimed 10pts for that. I understood, that, my EOI points are locked when I applied for the visa.

I submitted FORM 80 as well (kahit wala pang CO contact/request), under ASSOCIATED PEOPLE…I declared that I have a partner, then, under “relationship with you” I put “Boyfriend”

makaka affect ba yan sa visa decision? to back-up my “SINGLE” claim on EOI and “NEVER MARRIED” on my visa application lodgement, kumuha ako ng CENOMAR as evidence/proof na SINGLE ako.

my partner and I plan to marry at a later date, i-secure lang muna namin visa grant ko, and we will eventually apply for his subsequent entrant visa.

For address, wala akong masagot kasi wala akong expi na ganyan. But for work, sinama ko yang unemploymed periods talaga.

For work, yes. For address, IMO I don't think it's necessary to put it if temporary lang.

Hello! Halos parehas tayo ng case. Ang advice ng agent ko dati is wag muna ilagay si bf sa form 80 para hindi questionable yong ni claim mo na points sa status mo. Nag request pa sila sa akin ng s56 affidavit na single ako, never been married or in a de facto relationship kahit na nag submit na ako ng cenomar before. Granted naman na ang pr ko. Good luck
