Requirements:
• Bachelors/Diploma in Hospitality and Management and related course
• Experience working in a Hotel/Restaurant
• Extensive produce knowledge and a passion for the quality and consistency of the food they produce.
• Dynamic, creative and career focused.
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and good communication skills
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment
• Availability to work minimum 38 hours per week
