    @Enzeru08 thanks. 2 palang so far ang nakikita ko for Quality Assurance Manager. Kase yung iba di ko namemeet ang requirements, yung iba naman asst Qa Manager or Superviso lang. Counted kaya yun in case na isama ko yung mga advertisement na ganun?

    @Janet_0214 panong hindi mo na memeet yung requirements? kung some of the requirements meron ka I think okay na yun kasi medyo impossible naman na lahat ng nakalagay na requirements alam mo na agad. sa akin lang yun ah kasi ganun ginawa ko before. Asst QA manager I think okay lang.

    @Hunter_08 hello po. Like for example po may hiring ng QA Manager pero sa food industry, kailangan po nila na HACCP certification, and since sa construction po ako, hindi ako pasok. Or yung iba naman po prefer nila Chemical Engreer ang background.

    Nabasa ko din po na kapag Managerial ang post na ina-applyan nyo hindi po ang adverts for lesser post. I was thinking na kahit ilagay ko, di din macoconsider.

    What do you think po? Kindly advise baka po may experience kayo na pwede naman pla. Thanks.

    @Janet_0214 sa akin kasi sa IT industry specifically tester so if ever na meron sa requirements nila na wala akong exp nilalagay ko pa din kasi importante yung core nung role e acquire ko.. hindi ko sure kung applicable di sa QA manager, kung may mga cert na hinahanap baka nga hindi ka pwede.
