Chemeng or ECE?

Hi, ask lang po..

1. chemeng po ako with 2yrs exp as Process Engr and now 7yrs exp sa Automation. Still consider ng EA as Chemeng pa din kaya?
2. My husband is an ECE naman, but right now wala sya work. We're planning na sya mag-apply for visa pero worried kami since wala sya work. Mas oks kaya na sya ang main applicant or ako na may work?
