Hi guys, may nakaexperience na ba sa inyo na mali ang city ng company sa outcome letter ng CPAA? Say, with me yung Employer 2 ko has two offices, one in Pasig (the HO office) and one in Calamba. I didn't mention anything about Calamba office and the submitted COE was printed out on the letterhead of HO - so in Pasig City. Upon checking the outcome letter from CPAA, ang nilagay nila sa Employer 2 ko Calamba, Philippines. Di ko alam san nila nakuha info maybe they checked on the web and verify my company. Positive naman outcome letter and lahat ng experiences ko nacredit, but we asked CPAA 2 days ago to edit the outcome letter para consistent sa COE na i-aattach pag naglodge na ng visa application. Baka maging problem pa namin eventually eh. Minsan din may wrong spelling si CPAA kaya check nyo din mabuti.

Hello po. Nirequire pa po ba ng CPA Australia ang certificate of good standing from PICPA?

Regarding sa syllabus po miss @jillpot ... do we have to provide for all the competency area subjects? Kulang po kasi yung akin. Hindi na raw mahanap ng accountancy division. I have a lot pero hindi siya complete. Will subject mapping be sufficient? Pasensiya na po kung makulit ako. I'm getting anxious sa CPAA application pa lang. Haha

Hi @Raegon , nag gagather pa lang ako ng documents for assessment. Anong sabi nila tungkol s mandatory taxation? makaka affect ba yun sa assessment nila? xempre hindi pa nmn tayo familiar s Australia taxation sa ngayon.

@joyee Yes except tax and audit.
@ma1414 not sure sa advanced tax. Got my education assessment last week and positive naman. May competency areas listed si CPAA. Un ang dapat na icomplete. again except tax and audit which are optional

Kapag nag positive po ung skilled employment assessment sa CPA Aus, most likely po ba wala na masyado query ang DIBP sa work experience?

@powmic23 I believe so. Si CPAA din kasi ang basis ng count ng years of exp ni DIBP. kung ano sabihin ni CPAA, un ang count ni DIBP (based sa nababasa ko dito sa forum)

Hello po medyo confused ako. magkaiba po ba ang course syllabus at subject description? pareho po bang kelangan?

Lahat po ba ng subjects kelangan ng syllabus at subject description or yung competency areas lng which is around 7 subjects lng?

@ma1414 syllabus po ung comprehensive contents ng subject (parang lesson plan). subject description is a mere description lang nung subject. kailangan nila ung syllabus mismo.
Lahat din subjects kailangan kasi lahat naman ng undergrad subjects naten encompasses ung competency areas nila (optional and audit and tax)

Thank you po @tamsiismat , kc sb ng registrar nmin n sobrang dmi nun. So bale if 50 subjects ang nakuha ko nung college lht yun kelangan ng syllbus including filipino subjects?

@ma1414 yes. ganun talaga.makapal din ung saken kasi lahat ng subjects kinuha ko tapos mga 5-10 pages each subject. Siyempre di mo na isasama ung filipino subjects kasi di naman siya relevant.. accounting tax and math subjects lang

Hi guys ask ko lan, in order to get a positive skills assessment ba need na may work experience ka related to ALL of the TASKS shown from this attachment?

I'm currently drafting my customized JD while waiting for my other docs. I really hope for successful members' two-cents on this, as well as thoughts of hopeful members like me thanks!!!

@pcasing on my case ngpa assess ako sa CPAA tapos yung 5yrs ko sa pinas di nila inaccept so ang ginawa binalikan ko yung company ko sa pinas at nakiusap ako na edit ko yung COE ko para pattern talaga sa General Accountant na description sa ANZCODE. Pumayag naman so ngpa re-assess ako. Hindi ako ngpare-assess kay CPAA kasi di sila pumayag to reassess. Lumipat ako ng assessing body. Lumipat ako kay IPA. Lessons learn is that review the ANZCODE and try to pattern the COE doon.

@aisleandrow hello! may idea po ba kayo paano kinoconfirm ng IPA ung work experience? like tinatawagan po ba nila ung HR ng every company na pinagworkan mo?

depende yun sa assessor. Nung sa akin sa COE ko walang contact number yung sa pinas email lang nilagay. Hiningan ako ng calling card or any form of contact details nung mga pumirma ang ginawa ko finorward ko mismo yung email na may contact details nila. Di naman tumawag pero sabi din nung mga kakilala ko tumatawag daw pag nag random.

@jhun2384 CPAA - 15days combine assessment of qualification and work assessment. Si IPA - 8weeks for qualification but you can apply for fast track worth 700+aud and another 8 weeks for work assessment.

@aisleandrow thank you.submitted my docs last night. Hopefully I'll get the result before year end. I will be 33 in January na kc. Need to submit my EOI na.

hello! ano po mga docs ang prinovide nyo for proof of skilled employment? enough na po ba ito?

Ensure that your testimonials are written on the official letterhead of your employer and include:

the exact period of your employment, including:
positions held
exact start and end dates
whether your positions were permanent or temporary
whether your positions were full- or part-time
your required working hours per week
the duties or responsibilities undertaken in each position
the salary you earned
the signature, name and position of the person who wrote the testimonial
the direct business contact number of the person who wrote the testimonial
