Good evening everyone!

Just finished my IELTS exam last Sat. Ngayon, pagkakaabalahan ko naman yung isa-submit sa assessing body.

On the course syllabi:
1. Do I need it for all courses? O yung relevant lang sa assessing body (i.e., accounting courses)?
2. Yung course description ba sa university website is sufficient? Sabi kasi sa FAQs ng CA ANZ, "If you have not retained your course outlines, you must contact your university and ask them to provide you with the description of the subjects." Description na lang ang hiningi which is in the website na.

Quick questions please. Gano ba katagal processing ng ITA? Will have submitted my e-Medical and this week. Also, tama ba na wala akong i-aattach na docs sa "Qualifications and Work Experience in Australia" na line items kasi hindi naman sila applicable sa akin?

@harryalbeldaofw I think it is due to the volume of applicants for accountants. They are prioritizing applicants with higher scores so if you want more chances of winning, aim for 70 points.

For background, I applied Jul 2015 with 60 points but did not hear back. Come July 2016, I took the PTE Academic exam and got a Superior rating. 2 months later I got an ITA.

@Mika189Goals thanks for the advise. Im planning to retake PTE-A. kasi, 77 lang ako sa writing, bitin siya ng 2pts. sayang. haha. sana palarin ako next take.

@Lexi you don't need syllabus for all subjects only those related to competency areas such as:
•Accounting Systems and Processes
•Financial Accounting and Reporting
•Management Accounting
•Finance and Financial Management
•Business Law
•Economics
•Quantitative Methods
•Audit and Assurance
•Taxation Law

Hi guys! Help, I'm quite confused re: membership assessment and migration assessment. I apply for the membership assessment last Friday (Sept 9) and paid AUD 145. On Sept 12 (Monday), I received the result and that I am eligible daw to become an Associate member and crinedit nila lahat nung subjects under foundation program. Di ba need full year member to avail the free migration assessment? So I followed the prompts to activate my membership, pero parang sa iba nya ako nilelead, either sa foundation or cpa program which is AUD145 each to activate. Medyo nalurks lang ako kasi db AUD290 for full yr, although I asked na rin nman sa kanila thru email nung monday pa, till now walang reply. Tama ba ung ginawa ko? Thank you!

Hello po..

I recently passed the minimum english score required for skill migration assessment. Next step ko po is to gather all required documents. I will be nominating external auditor as my occupation kasi external audit po ang background ko since i graduated.

I was first employed by a non-big4 firm (i was with them for about a year) and I contacted them requesting for a JD. Unfortunately, they don't issue daw detailed JD. They told me that i can send them a template with all the details that i need including the JD for them to check and validate and if ok, they'll ask the managing partner to sign as per my request. Baka po meron dito sa forum na similar experience 1year as a junior external auditor at any firm who can share a copy of JD which i can use as draft template.

Baka po meron pwedeng mag share ng copy/sample ng subject description, syllabus and mapping na ginamit po sa CPAA skill assessment. thanks po ulit

@shaynetot Hi, kht half year lng free rin ung migration assessment like @batman did. Gusto ko rin sana mag full year kaso s half lang nila inactivate.. walang option for full and half. And base sa pagkkatanda ko.. till december 2016 lng ung validity ng half year n membership. So by January pwede na magfull year.
