Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186) - Direct Entry Stream

Hello po meron po sa inyo na na-grant ng PR under ENS 186 - Direct Entry Stream? I'm currently employed dito sa Sydney under 457 visa. The company is willing to sponsor me under this stream pero isang requirements is magpa assess sa partner agent nila. I need to pay $500 for the assessment and if ever found not eligible hindi ko na mababawi yung fee pero kung ok naman the company will proceed with the application and waived na yung fee.

Ano po ba ang mga requirements? Did you undergo the same point system as Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190)? I just want to weigh in my options kung malaki ba ang chance ko.
