Ung pag appeal ng COC ba pwede na na ung letter of engagement or employment contract ang ibigay ko sa knila na requirements kc yan na daw ngayon ang requirements sa pag process ng visa eh

It's more like "formality" than anything else. They will grant your COC unless maybe may criminal record ka sa Singapore or under some terrorist watchlist. I find it funny that they call it an appeal. Oh well, semantics I guess. like when they say "form of international cooperation" what they meant is reprisal. Ipitin nyo COC for our citizens at iipitin namin ang NBI Clearance ng citizens nyo.
