    Magandang araw po mga kabayan! May tanong lang sana tungkol sa relative sponsor ng visa 489...

    Sa pagkakaalam nyo ba, meron pa bang financial requirements, like meron dapat minimum annual salary para mag-qualify ang relative as sponsor? Sa immi.gov.au website kasi wala akong makitang ganon. Maski sa statutory declaration document nila, walang binganggit na ganon. Pero baka lang meron somewhere na ganong requirement sa pagkakaalam nyo, na hindi ko lang nakikita?

    Hello po. May question lang po ako. Meron na po akong Visa 489 at working na din.. Balak ko na po magpakasal pero nasa pinas ung fiance ko. ppaano ko po sya makukuha kung plano ko na din magapply ng PR. Pwede po ba isabay na lang sya sa PR application ko as wife na agad? or PR muna ako bago kami magpakasal.. nattagalan po kasi ako sa fiance visa..

    I have an aunt in Victoria & will need the additional 10 points for having relative in AU.

    Pag nasa CSOL (at wala sa SOL) you need to have state sponsorship.. Kahit more than 60pts ka pa..

    You dont call that independent visa application..

    You only call independent pag nasa SOL na hndi kailangan ng sponsorship..

    @lock_code2004 : Sir, i am about to submit my EOI (Relative sponsored) kaya lang hindi ko alam kung paano ang gagawin ng sponsor ko para i-nominate ako. Kasi di ba kapag nominated ng State, you have to apply then inonominate ka nila but different procedure kapag sponsored by a relative.

    Questions:
    1. Ano po dapat gawin ko para mainform ko yung relative ko na gustong mag-sponsor sa akin?
    2. May mga checklist po ba kayo ng mga docs na need ko i-prepare para sa application ko?
    3. Anu-ano po mga need forms kung sakali?
    4. Pwede po ba na ang maging principal sponsor ko eh ung tito ko na asawa ng tita ko na kapatid ng tatay ko? Kasi ung tito ko po ang employed tho may work din ang tita ko. (Kapatid po ng tatay ko ung tita ko.)
    5. Usually po, gano po katagal ang dapat hintayin for visa grant? COnsidering na okay na po mga requirement?

    Please help po... My ACS result is about to expire on Oct.3,2014... Ietls po ako this coming july... Need to act fast!

    question lang po sa mga 489 visa holders who came to Australia from the Philippines, kailangan pa ba natin magsecure ng OEC? Sa case ko kasi, I am from Dubai then uuwi kami ng Phils for 2 weeks for short break... then sinasabi sakin ng mga nakakausap ko na dapat daw ako kumuha ng OEC since OFW daw ako at babalik pa naman ng Dubai after 3 weeks of staying in Australia.

    Is this really required? And gagamitin ko naman na visa paglabas ng Phils is yung 489 visa kaya I think di ko na kelangan kumuha ng OEC kahit na babalik pa ulet ako ng Dubai after my IED. Please advise naman po mga sir and mam. Salamat po.

    @filsgoz Kita ko po based kayo Sg :) Tanong ko po yung tungkol sa medical examination nyo,kasi nakalagay sa timeline nyo po na you have done your medicals already then submitted medicals (no health examination required),ano po ibig nyo sabihin dito?Does it mean nakapag medical talaga kayo pero upon submission,di na pala kelangan medicals?Please enlighten po :)

    Tumawag ba ang DIAC or IO sa opisina ninyo? Meron kasi akong nabasa dito nung isang araw na tinawagan ang boss niya upang alamin kung nagtatrabaho pa siya dun sa kumpanyang yun. Ganyan ba talaga ang practice nila?

    medyo nawalan na kasi ako ng pagasa na maaassess under 489 visa.
    I submitted my application with SA on July 19.
    On that day, the 263212 changed from low availability to special condition applies.
    May nakapagsabi po dito na ganun din yung nangyari sa kanya and he was denied.

    The other day, I received an email from a project officer of SA requesting me to make some changes on my EOI as i have to split my work experience and declare the first part not related and the 2nd part as related.

    My question is, since they bothered to check my EOI, is it possible that they already considering my application?

    10/10/13 - Submitted ACS Assessment application
    01/31/14 - received suitable result for job code 263212 ICT Support Engineer
    04/03/14 - IELTS registration
    04/24/14 - IELTS exam date.

    Im applying for a visa subclass 489. Aiming for Victoria kase doon pasok ang software tester with 70 points in total.. tanong ko lang po if may mga demand for software tester sa regional areas kasi doon lang permisible magwork with the said visa.

    why not apply for visa 190 SS?

    STATUTORY DECLARATION - Skilled Regional (class SP) 489 (provisional) visa Sponsor declaration {Statutory Declarations Act 1959}

    Sa Number 3 po, kung sino lang po ba ang relative nung sponsor eh un lang ang ilalagay nya? O Ilalagay lahat ng mga names na declare sa Number 5. Thanks po sa help..
